We hired Al Fagundes to install our heating and cooling system, replacing our old oil-fired system and A/C. They arrived as scheduled, cleaned up at the end of each day. The plumbers that did the work were very professional. A/C is working far better than what we had before. Mardy did an excellent job with helping us chose the right equipment for our needs. The office was very nice and helpful as well. We would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a house, but before doing so, these guys were hired by the previous owners to check out the AC and heating systems. All ""was in good working condition"" per the receipt. Fast forward 2 months - our AC needed to be completely replaced (leak that wouldn't allow the house to get below 77 degrees) and we also need a new furnace. There are visible holes (rusted so had been there a while) on the top of the furnace that were allowing gas to leak inside the unit. We called Al to ask about why our AC wasn't working and to have him take a look, he suggested that we turn it off and try again and to call him if it still didn't work. Well my husband and I both called and never received a call back. I would not suggest doing business with these guys unless you are selling your home and want him to lie that your systems work when they clearly do not.

Had a difficult clog. Called them mid-day and they were out the next Morning. Was able to get the clog taken care of quickly. Sammy is a great technician, very thorough and professional.

Recently installed our Mr Slim air conditioning and heat unit. Arrived on time, described all work to be completed, very clean and work completed when promised. Workers are very knowledgable and professional. Would highly recommend!

I saw Al at a home show this year and he priced out a mitsubishi system for our home. We have been pricing them out for 2 years, and finally went with Al because he was not only the most competitive price but his staff took care of all the paperwork (permits, mass-save loan and rebates, warranty paperwork) , Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. Hardly knew they were there after the inside modules were installed and they stayed on schedule. Mitsubishi the way to go if you have forced hot water radiator heat. They not only cooling but heat too. It should be more efficient than natural gas in the spring and fall for heating.

Don't recommend these guys. Not knowledgeable on the brand of tankless water heaters they are supposed to be certified to support, and we did not have an experience that would lead us to believe they were trustworthy.

We called A. Fagundes P&H when our gas burner stopped working. They sent out a two-person team within an hour or so. The staff was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After working for parts of two days, they figured out the problem and fixed it. We will definitely be looking to A. Fagundes in the future to service our HVAC systems.
