Edwin did a good job fixing my HVAC unit by replacing a damaged part. Communication was professional throughout the process. Even though I wasn't present he was able to seamlessly coordinate the job with the person at my apartment. Although more expensive than the competition the job was done quickly. I would recommend for the future.

Edwin was friendly enough. Showed up on time, however after digging holes to repair sewer lines, when he (they) completed the repair, they left the two holes open with the dirt strewn about the yard. They (he) didn't fill the holes back in. Additionally the terracotta drain pipe scraps were scattered about the job site. So in conclusion, he repaired the sewer line fine, but their cleanup left much to be desired. Also they used my father's shovel, which they broke and threw the handle and blade under the house as if I wouldn't see it. They asked for for more money when another break was discovered down the line which I agreed to. He did snake the sewer line to clear any blockage.

Called them last minute for circuit breaker malfunction. It has me without lights. They came the following morning and fixed the issue. Then I learned that the breaker was not working for my dryer. They came back and fixed it. Friendly, fast and reasonably priced.

Hate to report a really disappointing experience. When Edwin came to my home to give me initial quote, I only agreed to have him and his team do the job as it matched a previous inspection quote I had for the repair. When repair day rolled around, I was surprised that the team had picked the lock to my backyard to start working when I was home and a phone call away. I found this very unprofessional and alarming. After they finished the job, I was charged $700 more than the initial quote and was never given an itemized receipt. Edwin and his crew are skilled plumbers but get a quote in writing and confirm everything first.

Nice enough people, but they don't show up even after a pre-scheduled appointment that was made via text (therefore, we both had a record of making scheduling it).
No explanation, no apology... nothing.
