Terrific service. Had a new instant hot installed,an outdoor sink installed and a new spigot installed. This is my 2nd experience using Jason @ A&E Plumbing... He exemplifies how a true professional works with and treats his customers. My wife called him @ 11:00 Tuesday morning, he stated he was busy and would probably not be able to come out to fix the issue were having (clogged main sewer pipe, overflowing into the house!). As my wife continued to talk to him I think he sensed some desperation in her voice, so at that point he said he would move some appointments around and do his very best to come out same day. It's this type of commitment to his customers that differentiates A&E from the rest of the plumbers out there. When I pulled up to the house at 5:45, A&E's truck was parked out front. 20 minutes later Jason had removed the clog, and all the water from the house was now flowing freely. He is by far the cheapest plumbing option out there, and in this case he did not upcharge any additional for same day / overtime services. I would highly recommend Jason for any of your plumbing needs.

Great Service and very affordable! Jason came and fixed a leak I had in my bathtub faucet and had it fixed in minutes. Great guy to talk to and he explained everything in detail. Have his number saved in my contacts for any plumbing related issues I may have in the future.

Jason came out same day. Found out that 3 ply toilet paper does not work in low flush toilet. This was cause of clog. It went away but we have to use 1 ply paper from now on. Did not charge for visit. We did compensate him for time at our insistence. Great resource. Would use for sure if any other problems.

Very professional, punctual, friendly, and definitely fair with pricing. I have been dealing with a clogged toilet on and off again and he came out same day and decided all it needed was a new flapper that closed slower. Haven't had any problems since. What a great job! Jason arrived on time, figured out what was needed on two diffèrent projects and quoted a price for each. Once agreed on, he completed both in reasonable time. No need for call back, both repairs were fine. I would definitely recommend him and A & E Plumbing. I have his card and will use him again (but hope I don't have to...)

Jason came out today to clear a central line clog. He was extremely professional, clean and courteous. He cleared the line stoppage quickly! Pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend his services for any one, and we will use again for sure as needed.

All the other reviews are spot on! Jason just left our house and we couldn't be more relieved. I called him at 4:30 on a Friday, he was here an hour later, worked for 2 hours, and we are as good as new! He explained every step along the way, and was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you, thank you, Jason for coming out on Friday night and fixing our water meter leak!

Called this company for a leak I was having in my bathroom. Plumber came out and gave me a verbal estimate but said he would email me something in writing in a couple days. Stated work couldn't be done until a week later. Well is almost 2 months now and I haven't heard anything from them. Never got an email, or a phone call. I would not recommend them. If the job was something they couldn't handle just say so. Do not use them!!!
