Owner called me (as requested) to go over an issue that occurred at my property. He made the poor decision of calling me while the employee that I had an issue with l, was also on the phone. Then when the employee was confronted of the situation he started screaming and being very unprofessional all while I (the customer) could over hear. This company left my bathroom a complete sh** show. There was fecal matter everywhere. On the walls, floor, etc. tho this job does entail a certain amount of ""mess"". What mess  was left was completely unacceptable. The owners justification of his employees outburst and unprofessionalism was completely out of line. You didn't just lose one customer, you lost respect as a business owner, and I will make sure that everybody that has issues with their plumbing  seeks another business. --

I can't recommend them enough! We have had the misfortune of having a few house emergencies over the last year. The wonderful people at A.E. Pelley came through for us! They responded very quickly to our concerns. We needed them over the summer for a plumbing issue, and we are so pleased with the results. We required a new water line, and they did an excellent job, were VERY reasonably priced, and answered all of our questions along the way. More recently we had an issue with our furnace, and they were there within the hour. They have provided us with courteous, professional, and friendly service at every turn. From the receptionist, to the laborers, to management, we couldn't be more pleased with their service.
