So I called these guys and they stated they would give me a quote by the end of the night. They never sent one. So I called them back, then they said they couldn't quote me but would rather hear what their competitor quoted me and beat it by 10%.. WHAT!? That's how the business works! You get multiple bids from different businesses..lmao. These guys don't get it. Save yourself the hassle and skip this one!

They came out and took care of a blockage in our pipes. They were very respectful of our home and property and went to awesome lengths to make sure that they left everything the way it was before they arrived.

this company ripped me off, I had them over because I had tree root in my main line ! 49.00 anytime ! why not , so I stood their watching everything this guy (Justin) did. I showed him the part I cut from the main line, it was blocked with roots from a 5 inch diameter to a two inch diameter. so this guy hooked up his machine to a section I already replaced. I asked him why not use the other clean out beyond the point I fix because I know that section was still a problem I couldn't get to. anyway he did as he wanted & ran the snake. he ran the snake about 50 feet or so and backed it out. as he was backing it out I asked him was he going to run it a few more times ! due to the amount of roots in the line. he said no he's not, not more then 15 minutes after the guy packed up all of his equipment & wrote on the receipt 30 day guarantee. would you know I had toilet water backing up in my shower & kitchen sink.. they told me they were too busy to come back & they will be back in the morning plus they wanted more money for a service call. I don't think I should have to pay more money for something they should have done right the first time ! the next day... they didn't show up... I called the office & three times I was hung up on .they told me in no uncertain words they are not going to give back my money or are they going to come back to correct the problem. I'm just screwed by this company & if you want to be screwed also then call this company & good luck to you Very dissatisfied customer, Brian
