Terrible customer service. Terrible way to run a business. We had made a call to them last week, since they advertise 24/7, and they did come out and diagnosed the problem a day later than what they said. They didn't call saying they were not going to be there, but instead we had to call to find that out. Once they got done with the initial appointment, Cody the technician advised he would be back Saturday between 11a-1p. No call, no show. This was going to be a cash paid job. My husband called & called and someone finally answered, said they were going to call him back within 15 minutes, he received no phone call back. (It appears that once they got their money off the 1st job, he met his quota for the day!! Crazy) Monday, still no call from this reputable company. There is a new company coming tomorrow. My husband is a business owner, and when the phone rings you answer. It's your life line. It's how you put food on the table. if you can't manage to answer the phone that you advertise 24/7, then maybe you need to find another line of work. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to find another company and to no longer have to deal with you.

I just put these guys at the top of my list for any plumbing project in the future. They quickly found my problem with my septic tank and we discussed pricing and scheduled an appointment to fix it. Heath and Cody were here when they said they would be and they went to work. I watched them work and they explained each step as it developed. They fixed my drainage problem and I am well pleased with the whole process. If I ever have another plumbing problem, they will be the ones I call.
