When we received our latest water bill, it became obvious we had a leak. A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing came out the day after we called - it was a Thursday. They confirmed the leak, and checking their schedule, found the soonest opening to be the following Tuesday. (we were without water except for exceptionally brief periods when we turned it on to fill containers). We got a call from the company saying they worked us into their schedule, and would be out the next day - Friday! Everyone we have dealt with have been professional and helpful. They fixed the leak, and then sent out a plumber to check on why one toilet was slow in filling. Everyone has been exceptional, from the office staff we spoke with to the guys who fixed our problem. I spent 30 years in organizational development as a training manager in a large organization. I am not an 'easy sell'. This company has been exceptional.

Ed came out to fix our water heater and was awesome! We had some issues with our home warranty company due to COVID 19 and Amber, who was in charge of scheduling our appt at A+ worked, very hard to stay on top of them to get us taken care of. We will call A+ Drain anytime we have any more plumbing needs. Thank you so much!!

I got these guys twice now, once was for a main line leading between the meter and the house, first they charged a lot of money to get it installed, then when we complained about the water pressure they said it was due to so corrosion in the lines that they probably knocked loose, possible. The second time they came out was for a warranty repair on the water heater, they were supposed to replace the purge valve on the water heater because it was leaking. After the tech was done, there was no pressure in my kitchen sink for hot water only, and the valve still was leaking. I called them back out to take a look, the guy told me that the pressure of the heater is going above 150 psi casing the pressure release valve to leak, if that's the case, why did it start leaking only recently? Second the water pressure in my kitchen sink is almost gone, it was working fine before they worked on the heater, then when the second guy was here he told me they didn't touch it so it's not their fault, really? then why is it both times after you guys have been out here has my water pressure dropped out of the blue? I would highly NOT recommend these guys.

They live up to their name...where another company could not fix in 2 hours, A+ was here on time and finished in 20 minutes. Could not speak higher of! Our sincere thanks.

It took 4 days to have a technician show up to effect the repairs. Repairs were not completed to my satisfaction. In effect, no repairs were made as the leak is still occurring. (I am guessing they did this to insure they would receive another service charge, unless they are seriously that incompetent.)

I have consulted another professional who diagnosed the problem within 12 hours of the original incident and was able to come out to inspect the ""repairs"", made by your technician, within 1 hour. Home Depot sells the entire drain assembly for $8.32

I would not be at all concerned with the price of the repairs if the repairs resolved the issue.

Very efficient and extremely friendly. All companies can offer the same service, but good Customer Care is what stands out for me. Jacob made sure I was satisfied with the workmanship and reassured me that all I had to do was call if I had any further issues.

NEVER USE this Plumber. He came to my house because of water damage through my Home Warranty company Landmark. If your using either company Stop!!! they're not going to help you in any way. Your issue will not be solved by either party. there not interested in fixing anything. Log on to the Better Business Bureau to read more reviews.

My warranty company contracted this company to come out to my house to fix a leak in the crawl space. We called and set up the appointment and they said they would be here between 4pm-7pm. After not showing up or even calling to cancel I gave them a call to see if they were still coming. Got no answer, but they called back several minutes later to say they weren't going to make it out due to another job. They continued to ask if I would be available the next day. I replied saying I didn't want to make another appointment if they weren't going to show up. The guy quickly got rude and stared yelling at me saying it wasn't there fault that I was waiting for them. I replied, how is it not your fault? You made an appointment and you didn't show up. He continued to yell and I I told him I just want to cancel and hung up. These people are clearly unprofessional.
