Unprofessional, vulgar, terrible work, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The unprofessional part was evident in the first few minutes of meeting them.

The vulgar language came once the work began even while my kids were around.

The work was absolutely horrendous. They destroyed sheetrock that didn't even need to be removed, they put the plumbing for both bathroom vanities in the wrong place and got angry when we pointed it out, both shower fixtures were improperly installed, the tub filler for the bath tub was not installed
properly, and he has zero regard for people's things.

Will Not Use This company again. American Home Shield Sent them out my husband set there all day they were suppose to be there at 10 am finally arrived at 3:45 only one call to tell us they would be there at 11 am

I will not use this plumbing company and would not advise anyone else to use them either. My family tries to support local businesses but was burned by this company in doing so. I used two hours of vacation time at work to meet them at my house only for the worker to tell me that the battery on his tool was dead and he did not have his charger. He stated he would "work with me" and show up the following day at 5:30 pm when I got home from work so that I did not have to burn more vacation time. When he never showed up I called the main number and spoke to a secretary who kept promising they were on their way and claimed the worker told me he would meet me "sometime after 5:30." I explained to her that was not what was promised and I never would have agreed to to an unknown time as I had somewhere I had to be later that night. I ended up cancelling my prior obligation in order to accommodate this company. I continued to call and was continuously told that they were "finishing up and heading my way." When 8:30pm rolled around and I still hadn't been given an explanation of where they were at and when they would show up, and hadn't so much as even received a courtesy call from this company, I told them to forget it. They did NOTHING to try and make it right and told me they would be unable to come out within the next few days as they were totally booked up, even though it was their fault my original appointment was wasted. They didn't seem to care that they had already inconvenienced me by them not keeping their word on multiple occasions, and did not seem to think correcting their mistake, or that I as a customer was a priority. Poor communication, poor service, poor company. Don't waste your time.

A Discount Plumbing in Chandler is awful! Very unprofessional! My home warranty company sent them to check on a problem with backed up drains. They changed appointment times last minute and when they arrived they wanted to charge me extra for a service that I didn't need. Then they submitted an incomplete report to the Home Warranty company that delayed having anything fixed at all. When scheduling them to come back out to re-do the report they called me six times at work because they couldn't remember what time they were scheduled to come out. I then cancelled that second appointment and have now delayed the repair for over a month. Gave us the run around, tried to unnecessarily charge us more, and never actually fixed anything!!! Do NOT hire this company!!!

Incompetent, unrighteous, worthless. We paid several hundred dollars to these clowns to install a regulator to reduce the water pressure inside our house. When they finished, there was not change to our inside pressure, but our sprinkler system barely worked. We called them back out, and they admitted they put the regulator on the wrong pipe. Solution? They opened up the regulator so the sprinklers would work. No refund, no making this right. They took my money and left me with the same problem I had to begin with. I'd rather have the Three Stooges do plumbing work at my house. American Home Shield uses them, too. Beware!

I love doing business with Allen Steele. They have been taking care of plumbing issues at my 1955 ranch in Tyler for over a year now. They are prompt, provide excellent quality work and their price is fair.

They are not only family operated, but they are family friendly and have been very helpful to me, and my 23 year old daughter who is renting this home from me as she completes college. It's hard to be an absentee landlord and my daughter is not too handy with a pipe wrench! I trust this company and their employees completely, as does my daughter, and though we have not met in person, I feel like I have a friend.

SUCKS! All the way sucks! Our home owners insurance called A Discount Plumbing from Chandler, TX out to fix a plumbing problem. Whenever we wash a large load in the washing machine it overflows into the sink in the garage just on the other side of the wall. Call these guys out to fix it, they screw up the sink in my garage and makes it to where the water in the washing machine now empties out into my garage. STANDING WATER! And just left it like that! I'm about ready to change homeowners insurance for even sending them out here! They just made it worse! I will give a NEGATIVE if it was a option!

DO NOT ever us A Discount Plumbing. I had them rough in and stack out a building for me and any time I had any questions that just seemed strange to me I was smoothed talked by one of the former employees. I asked him and the lady answering phone to speak to the owner or supervisor and I never could get anyone to call me, wondering if the message was even forwarded or if this person even existed. The so called plumber knew about the shower that was going in the bathroom when he was putting the pipe in the ground but he said that he didn't have the materials that day to go 2 more feet. What plumber doesn't carry this little amount of materials. So he talked me into just pouring the slab and later hooking up the shower drain to the sink. No big deal he tells me just put it in and run the line. Well NO BIG DEAL IS A BIG DEAL. We have to bust up concrete for the drain and build the floor up 6". Not so great when this was for an elderly person that was going to use this shower. This isn't all, the water supply line was stubbed out 4 inches inside the slab. Good thing my husband noticed this when the concrete was about to be poured and he put a longer piece of PVC over it to come out past the slab or the line would of been incased in the concrete.. A Discount Plumbing did come out after raising hell and drill in the concrete around the pipe to extend it 2 ft past the slab for a connection. I had the plans for the toilet backed up to another wall (2ft difference) but he said that if I moved it that it would be better. His better is less work for him, he still had the toilet hole too close to the wall now we have to pay for a 10" rough in toilet that is a higher price toilet. We are probably barely meeting code, all they want is their fast money and the employee at the time just told me anything just to get a buck.

Had Will out today, Dec. 26, Christmas Monday. Holiday for most folks. Actually saw him picking up supplies at the home store while I was getting things to try and fix my issues, so I knew he was working. Saw great reviews on here and gave him a shout when my fix didn't work. He was here in 30 minutes and had my issue solved shortly thereafter. I would reccomend A Discount Plumbing to anyone and will definately be using them again for my future plumbing needs.
