My central ac stopped working and I was referred to Direda, they diagnosed over the phone and had someone there within 2 hours. They worked on the unit telling me the piping was shoddy work from the installer 2 years prior so they re-soldered it and had it working right away after refilling refrigerant. Fair price, fast work and great communication.

So disappointed in my experience wit DiReda plumbing. I was so hoping for a better service, communication, and outcome. As much as I respected Tony, I was disappointed in the way he handled the whole issue this time. I called him about a month ago for a quote for replacing my hot water tank, he gave me a certain quote which seemed reasonable but I told him I'd like to explore the tankless option; I called him 2 weeks later telling him we'll proceed with replacing the tank as the tankless option is beyond our budget; he asked me ""how much did I say I'll charge you?"" I told him the quote he gave me then, he said ""lemme come take another look"", he came checked the same exact tank & gave me a quote that was over $1200 higher than the one he gave me 2 weeks ago. I asked him to take a look at at an AC unit that I wanted to replace to give me a quote on that as well, he said ""I might be able to fix it for you"", I got so excited because we knew this unit needed to be replaced, but when he said he can fix it, I told him ""I really appreciate it; you will save me a big sum of money"", after checking the unit, he said we need to check the reagent but will charge you for that; I thought as long as you will fix it that's fine. After checking, he said, "" It's unfixable as it has a leak, and needs to be replaced & charged me $175 for a service I didn't request in the first place.

I had this company come out over 2 weeks ago to look at replacing my system. They promised me a quote over a week ago and have dragged me along. I was promised multiple phone calls back, which never happened. They completely wasted my time.

I called DiReda Plumbing and Heating for a hot water heater that burst at 8:00pm on a Monday night. They were at my house the next by 11:00 am and replaced the whole unit and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I am absolutely disgusted on what a bunch of crooks this company is. $99 to drive up to the property. They were literally here for 10 minute. Wanted $1265 to do a back flow replacement/add drain on an irrigation system in addition to the $99. I had my brother do it instead. $115 for everything. Took him 20 minutes total. Seriously.... who can we trust anymore?

I would give zero stars if possible. This guy charged me 4 hours for a 45 mins job. 2 hrs Traveling time @ 150 per hour. Total Rip Off

Called for a leaky shower. They ended up replacing the whole valve - Andy did a great job! No more leaks! Also looks great! Price was what you would expect but the new fixture is much better.

A couple weeks back, I was awaiting a call from my contractor to let me know when he was going to be able to do my floors over for me. On a Wednesday night at 730pm I was told that my contractor and his workers would be there the following morning. In a panic, I called Direda Plumbing and Heating asking if there was anyway they would be able to come the next morning at 630am to drain and remove my toilet as well as disconnect my washer/dryer and refrigerator. Without hesitation, they found a way to fit me in so that I would be able to get my floors done, and done correctly. Not only were they there at 630am but they came back when the floors were done to re-place the toilet and reconnect the appliance. Thank you to Michael and Tony Direda for a job well done!

The owner promptly came to my house with his son who also works for the company when we had a sewer back up! They snakes the line and got it going before my brand new bathroom was ruined! They also fixed a nagging ""dripping"" with my shower head. My family, and my parents have always used direda plumbing. Awesome guy, local and very good pricing! Would not give the work to anybody else!
