I do not normally post but I wanted to get the word out on these guys. I had to have some very expensive work done on my home after leveling. I was not expecting the expense, but I looked around and finally choose a deal plumbing. Arnold went above and beyond to make this as painless as possible. He is trustworthy and does a wonderful job. Please use these guys if you ever need any work done.

Arnold was great to work with. I had initially called for a quote over the phone and then called back and he came by the house to check out the job request. (no fee estimate) =)

He was able to explain the problems and steps to fix everything easily.

After I decided to go with A Deal Plumbing he was able to get me an appointment in 2 days and finish the job. They arrived in the AM and left a bit after 2pm. It was for 2 hot water heaters in the attic so it was quite the job to drain the existing, removing, and replacing the units.

I worked from home that day and hardly noticed sound while they were working. Also kept the carpet and place they worked pretty clean. Checked out their work after they finished and it was like brand new and now I have hot water again. Would highly recommend going with A Deal Plumbing.

Replaced our water heater. This seems simple but Arnold at A Deal Plumbing went beyond what you normally expect to make sure the job was done correctly and professionally. I would use him again in a heartbeat and he will be the person I call for a recommendation when I need a dependable contractor to do non-pluming work that he and his sons don't do.

I've been a client of Arnold and ADeal Plumbing for years. This is the second review I've written of his business in the last four years. Fortunately, I don't have to call Arnold often, but when I do - he comes. He's professional, a master plumber, courteous, thorough and competitively priced. He has high-tech equipment that helps him find and solve problems quickly - but he doesn't put the cost of his technology on the backs of his customers. Part of my problem was a city water dept. problem. Arnold didn't tell me "just call the city." He had me dial the phone and HE talked to the city folks. And when the city water dept. truck and workers arrived, Arnold was here to explain the problem. His son was working with him this time and Arnold is bringing him up to be the same professional, courteous worker that Arnold is. When Arnold left, I thanked him for coming out (and on a Sunday). Told him when plumbing enters a conversation I'm having with someone, I tell them about MY plumber. Not just A plumber...MY plumber. And Arnold DeLeon is that guy! I would recommend him without hesitation.

The hot water went out yesterday. We moved in 3 weeks ago and my wife got a cold shower to start the labor day weekend. I kind of enjoyed that part. So I checked yelp, got some really nice people, but most were all booked up until next week. I talked to Arnold, he didn't quote me a price on the phone, said he would look at the job first, and could be there in a couple of hours. 2 hours later he was there, and we agreed on a fair price. Heater was on the 2nd floor in a small attic space next to the upstairs den. He started working on it right away. His 23 year old son Anthony started working on it with Arnold. I could hear them kidding and joking around with each other while working on the job. Arnold went to another job and left Anthony to finish installing my hot water heater. It was very hot in the attic, and I brought Anthony a fan and some water. Anthony was very polite, respectful and friendly. After a while my wife and I heard something, I thought I might have left the radio on. Anthony was whistling while he was installing the hot water in the attic. I hope I don't make him uncomfortable giving this information out. Anthony has a 3 year old son Joseph(Jo-Jo), I hope he turns out like his Dad and Grandpa. After he finished and was ready to leave I saw my neighbor walk out to his truck, Anthony got out with tool bag and went with the neighbor to his house. It was after 7:00 PM. Honest hard working family that I would highly recommend over any big time plumbing company. As for the negative comments, I think they need get a life and move on, unlucky are the plumbers that get to work for them

Refused to honor coupon despite saying he would on the phone.
I bought his 200$ coupon deal and called him, saying it was a coupon and describing the clogged drain job. He said they can do it and made an appointment for 5 days later.

He shows up, looks at the job, and says out of the blue "but I can't honor a Yelp coupon for a job like this..." When I say "I told you about the coupon and the clogged drain." He lies to my face and says I never told him. He also lied and said the coupon terms say no small jobs. Then with his slippery polite demeanor he says "if its more work than clearing drain we can honor that coupon for you sir" like he's doing me a favor to keep his word. VERY FUNNY PART he brings up the coupon saying he can't honor it BEFORE I had said anything about it today (obviously remembered our phone call) then says "you never told me there was a coupon". How did he know about it if I never told him?? Such an obvious shyster.

Obviously he uses the coupons to get in the door and upcharge. This one he knew there was no upcharge so he slimed his way out. Oh and refused to play the voicemail where I also told him there was a coupon. Wouldn't even respond when I said "don't you remember the voicemail?"

Obviously I sent them packing, I will not give any business to liars. This community should do the same.

I had a great experience with Anthony and Arnold (I think was his name) when they helped me figure out a break in my Kitchen sink clean out line. They were professional, articulate and communicative. I highly recommend A Deal Plumbing.

Arnold and his son were awesome. Water heater went out and called them based on other Yelp reviews. Was able to come out within a couple of hours and he explained to me what the problem was and my options. Was honest and told me my parts were still under warranty and only charged for labor. Would definitely recommend to others and use again. Thanks Yelp!
