A Deal Plumbing are my new favorite plumbers. I had a plumbing emergency the day after Christmas and after calling numerous plumbers, A Deal were the only ones to answer my call and agree to come out that same day. They did show up, promptly fixed our issue and charged way less than I expected due to the holidays. They were also very responsive throughout the day, staying in communication with me through text messages. I love this business, highly recommend.

We've used A Deal Plumbing a few times now, at two different houses. Arnold arrives when promised and does good work. He has also been helpful in diagnosing what's really going on, and coming up with a practical way to address it (since it's not always perfect timing for a huge plumbing project). Arnold is an awesome guy. So nice and kind. We did a remodel job with him and his sons and cousin 4-5 years ago. They we all amazing. I didn't know much then. He was patient with me and they did amazing job! Since then, every time I need plumbing work. No surprise I called Arnold first. I trust him. He helps me and guide me every time. When we had winter storm came, after the freeze, our tankless water heater broke. He came to check in a couple of days when he could drive. He is so busy but still responded every time. Always thinking about how to help you solve the problem. I love working with him and his family. He is my go to person always.

Unreliable. An appointment was made and confirmed, but they did not show up or communicate. My wife waited at home all morning, and tried multiple times to contact them but heard nothing in return. While I understand there may be extenuating circumstances, it is disappointing that such a highly-rated business would treat a potential customer in this manner.

I found my new plumber!! His son came out to reposition a gas line for my new stove. He was quick and friendly.. I also had him install new bath tub fixtures afterwards since his pricing was reasonable , by this time Arnold came out to help. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I wasn't getting my eyes poked like the big companies. I totally recommend this plumber. It's hard these days to find a company that is reasonable knowledgeable and doesn't take advantage of people. Don't hesitate to call if you need Plumbing done !

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the hiuse), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. Thank you Arnold for valuing customers and your community.

Two visits to our home in Northwest Hills in one week. First was an emergency (outdoor pipe). Second was urgent (an outdoor shower). Absolutely fabulous job with both issues. Can not recommend these guys enough. They will now be our "go to" plumbing service. Thanks again y'all.

:: Arnold is incredibly amazing. When I thought I had a slab leak, I called in a mad panic and he was over by close to 7pm that evening. The best part? He fixed the REAL issue (it was NOT a slab leak!) and ended up only costing me $125 instead of $5K+. He used his crazy intuition from his years of experience (over 26 years of plumbing experience!!) to identify the real problem...a leak happening with the copper pipe underground that was leading to the garage. Unbelievable. So incredibly nice and professional the whole time as well.

The gentlemen from A DeaL Plumbing just finished installing two water heaters in my home. Their bid was highly competitive, and their work was very good. In addition, they encountered an unforeseen issue (one of the water heaters was so clogged with sediment that it was un-drainable), requiring extra work to take apart the old water heater to drain the water. Despite the unforeseen circumstance, Arnold stuck to his original bid with barely a mention of it. They completed all work quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional.
