I had recieved quotes from other people who seemed to want to rush the job, who I ultimately did not feel comfortable with. But not these guys, they are very professional.

Debbie was also very responsive by text as they were waiting for the right-sized water heater to arrive for our smaller-than-normal HVAC closet.

I used A&D last year for a leaky outdoor faucet, which they replaced and I had them do 2 for a little more. No issues

This year my toilet was old and running all day. The valve didn't turn properly.

Very fair price and came out within 48 hours. The plumber wore a mask, put down tarps on the carpet when walking and took the old toilet at the end.

He even consulted us on some advice for no charge.

Will use again.

I am writing this review because I SERIOUSLY respect companies that value client relationships, and A & D proved that to me today.

First, my phone call with Debbie was great! She is straight forward and professional. And she actually calls you back and follows up when she says she will. I like that.

As for the service call, Brandon came out and was just amazing!!!! He explained to me the nature of the work and what would be required in detail. I wanted to have two spigots replaced...one inside garage and the other outside. After assessing my situation Brandon helped me determine that both spigots were in fine working condition, with the exception of the outside spigot where the screw in the handle was over wrung and water would not turn on. Brandon repaired that, AND to my shock and amazement he did not charge me for that repair.

Because of Brandon's integrity, professionalism, and generosity, I am now a faithful A & D Total Plumbing customer, and will ONLY call A&D Total Plumbing for my projects and repairs!!

Matt and Brandon are some of the smartest plumbers I've ever encountered....and I've dealt with many plumbers over the years.

My sewer pipes were blocked, after being cleaned out by another local plumbing company six months earlier. A & D plumbing arrived on schedule and turned what could have potentially been a $6,000 - $10,000 job into a $400 bill, by simply using their knowledge and being persistent.
And let's add the most important factor, their honesty.
