After a major storm, I noticed my sump pump drain was not behaving properly. I called A D Rooter and was able to make a same day appointment, and Mark arrived early.

Mark was able to quickly diagnose the problem, open up the drain, and also advise and open up the drains on my lawn as well.

Great service, great price and I will definitely call a Mark/ A D Rooter for my plumbing needs again!

I called A.D. Rooter in a pinch when I woke up to the news that a pipe in my kitchen exploded due to it freezing and having no shut off valve for the winter. Mark came by the same morning and installed an isolation valve. He showed up, assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done, gave me a price, and got to work. Haven't had an issue since.

I talked to Mark late Friday night not knowing exactly what was wrong with my septic system. After explaining the problem, Mark gave me a diagnosis and came to my house early Saturday morning. He had all the equipment and parts to fix the problem. I mention this because I thought he would just evaluate the problem, quote me and come back another day.
