I have a new appreciation of the folks at A D Baynard - I tried replacing my Moen 1222 cartridge and was having major problems. I finally got it out in pieces and took the pieces to them. They were awesome with identifying the part number and said they could have one the next day or I could try Lowe's since the stock Moen parts. I went to Lowe's and they had the part. Got it installed and then called Baynard to schedule them to replaced the other Moen cartridge in our other bathroom. This job with the posi-temp 1222 cartridge was a bear and they indicated this cartridge gives them the most problem when the cartridge has been in over 7 years. Mine was in 13 years and replacing it was more difficult than my skill expertise. Through my interaction with the staff I was totally impressed and grateful to all the staff; very professional and were customer service oriented. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing requirements. Totally satisfied with my experience.

When I called them I explained what my issue was and that I had the same issue a few years ago it was roots and that they had to take the toilet out. He sent two men who were nice and polite but they chose to run a snake from the outside instead and that did not fix the issue so they came inside and ran water ran the snake only to tell me I need a new toilet. So I now have a bill for $500 and still have to pay to have someone come and put a new toilet in. Why should I pay for the time they waisted because the refused to listen to me. All I can say is it will definitely will not be them putting in my toilet. .
