My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

I received a notice that my back flow system was due for the annual inspection. After finding the list of contractors in the area that performed this service I gave A & D Backflow a call. They were friendly and professional. They also were able to complete the inspection that same day. They notified me that the inspection had been completed and I was able to pay the invoice with Apple Pay. I was very happy with this quick friendly service. He even took a photo of a shed snake skin he found hanging on the valve to warn me to be careful of snakes.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call. He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

This guy was great! My spigot popped off about midnight last night. I requested emergency quotes. A&D backflow responded within 20 minutes. He even requested an immediate phone consult to determine if he would be able to fix it right then! Unfortunately it couldn't be as the wall needed to be cut into. Anyway, he showed up bright and early. He had everything fixed and back to normal in no time. He answered all the questions I had and explained various reasons why it might have happened and how to avoid it happening again. He was very professional and friendly. I will most definitely be using this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bad Attitude! Lack of integrity! I don't normally leave reviews. But this needs to be know. He was rude and tried to charge me twice when I asked him to show me how my backflow failed. Told me he would have to test it again to show me and he would need to charge me again. This was in addition to the cost of repairs needed for a failed air intake. I just moved to this house and is my first time ever having to do this test and he knows this. I refused his demands and I got a different company to test it the next day and it passed no problems and no need for any repairs. Thank goodness I got a second opinion.
