I've been working with AD for over four years and have done hundreds of jobs with them, mostly residential plumbing/heating and a few large scale, high profile jobs that required a high level of professionalism. I've never been disappointed. They have completed HW boiler and steam boiler replacements for me, furnace replacements, hot water heater replacements, mini-split installations and numerous plumbing repair jobs, some in difficult and challenging situations. They've completed over 300 jobs since 2017 for me and my agency including a large number of Energy Star rated jobs. 24 hour emergency service but only if you have an account with them. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters. Very dependable and great at problem solving unique heating scenarios.

DO NOT HIRE. I got seriously OVERCHARGED for the work these guys did. My sump pump died on Nov 8, 2018 and these folks were the first to pick up my call and offer to send someone out. They did that very promptly after alerting me that there would be a $139 diagnostic fee if I did not end up hiring them to do any work. I was desperate with a wet basement and not interested in having multiple plumbers over so I agreed since I was hoping they could come and complete the work that day. They came very promptly and diagnosed that I needed a new sump pump. They were able to do the work immediately, but quoted me $625 (no paperwork provided, no cost breakdown). I believed this must reflect the complexity of the job, so I agreed. 35 minutes later they were done. I reckon the sump pump could not have cost more than $200 which means they charged me $425 for just over a half hour of work. When I called to inquire as to why it was so expensive and to ask for a breakdown, they informed me they only do flat quote and they were not interested in justifying their cost to me at all. I am still livid about this and it's a month later. Do not use this company. I feel taken advantage of. They prey on desperate people with plumbing problems. You either pay their flat fee for doing only the diagnosis or you agree to their flat fee which does not (in my case) reflect the actual complexity of the work. It's a shady practice. Save yourself the pain and call a different company.

I had been a 20 year plus customer after today i will not use them again. they left me without heat. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere because the work can be done for cheaper and with firiendle service. Sorry Jerry but your service has gone down hill. dissatisfied customer..

Our heat stopped working this morning, I called, they were able to send someone over within a couple hours. The person showed up, knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it within minutes, purged the lines and showed us how to do it. Very knowledgeable about the entire unit, professional and helpful with other general questions.

called the office for plumbing problem i was having in the kitchen, lady put my on hold three times, and each time made me repeat what my problems were (like it was the first time we had spoken) she told me she was unable to give an estimate over the phone but said she could send a guy out to look at it but not for a week !!! i agreed...when tech showed up he looked at the problem which was just a broken seal on pvc pipe connection and immediately said i will do the work but can not warranty the work , when asked why he responded because they did not do the whole plumbing job, i responded with just warranty what you are doing..........he still refused !!! all he did was re cement the pvc connection took him less the 15 minutes ............get this final bill $350.00 after seeing reviews i feel thats their minimum charge !!
not what the rude lady in the office said !!! do yourself a favor stay clear.....many more professional plumbers in area

I called this company to fix two minor plumbing leaks, the bill was $189.00. The plumber was here for approximately 1/2 hour, and one pipe still leaks. I left a message on their website, asking for a response, I received none. I called, told the woman answering the phone why I was calling, she said someone would get back to me, no one did. I called a second time, told them their bill was excessive, and asked that it be adjusted. I was told that they charge based on time and materials, and that since I was a repeat customer I had received a preferred rate. I told them that the time involved was approximately 1/2 hour and that the materials were minimal. They refused to adjust the bill.
I will not be using this company again, and I would suggest that anyone considering them, look elsewhere.

I called them again requesting a quote on cost of plumbing hook up from old septic to a newer one. Didn't get a quote, not sure why, maybe they don't like dealing with this type of problem, but will handle gas and water or easier to work on projects.

They arrived on time and looked over the problem. The estimate was exactly what we were charged. The plumber showed me the part that was causing the problem and fixed it quickly but correctly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber that does exactly what they say they are going to do.
