After reading reviews of various companies I called for help with a bathtub that WOULD NOT DRAIN. Jim and Andy showed up right on time and worked diligently to solve the problem. Apparently mine was not an easy case but they persisted until the drains were running perfectly. Despite spending extra time they did not charge extra. More than the high quality of their work I really appreciated their kindness and good humor. I was stressed about the problem and the cost to fix it but immediately felt comfortable. I won't use any other company.

I hired jim to locate a leak in a water line. He located the leak and excavated the area. Repaired the leak all in half a day of work. Great job and very reasonable for the costs.

Driver of this company did a U-turn in front of me and nearly caused a serious accident. Then gave me the finger and drove off. Definitely not a good representation for someone driving a company vehicle with their logo plastered on every side.
