Mark S.For many years we have used this plumber named Charlie from Powell. We always thought he was a bit too high on his plumbing prices for labor but our eyes were opened on this last event when we had to replace our water heater which new was only $769 at the local Lowes. Charged us over $2280, said the pressure valve also was faulty and charged us $350 for the exact same part at Home depot for $75 This plumber's labor was through the roof when you separate out the parts costs. He ripped us for over $1,000 in labor and was on site for less than 4 hours, and his truck is barely stocked so your paying him $185 /hr to go to Home depot and to grab some lunch . His work is good but he thinks he is a neurosurgeon when it comes to pricing labor. Never again!! P.S Don't get him mixed up with ""The Clear Choice"" plumbing co. from New Jersey with a 5 star rating.

Nicole D.Charlie Crowder charged me $815.00 to clear a clogged toilet drain using an Auger. Less than 2 weeks later, same issue appeared and Charlie said that he would have to charge again to use the Auger and when I told him that I did not have the money to pay him again for the same exact issue, he basically said that it wasn't his problem and to call Roto Rooter. Would never use or refer him again.
