I called to get a quote to get my catch basin cleaned after getting the main sewer line rodded . Louie who answered my call was so amazing and informative. I am a new home owner not knowing what is what . He was so patient, kind and going out of his way explaining things that he didn't even have to . He made me have so much faith in A clean catch . A clean catch has to be an amazing company to have such an amazing person like Louie working there . It's great to find good , honest caring people to look out for you and your home needs .

Technician Hugo Orozco just completed toilet jetting on my basement toilet because the toilet water was draining slowly due to roots. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked with other large plumbing companies before this and was very disappointed because they were trying to sell me products I didn't need and claimed my pipes were very bad shape (and needed to be replaced) when that was not the case at all. I highly recommend 'A Clean Catch'!

I want to shout out Hugo and Mario, they were sent to clean my catch basin that was filled with water and debris due to sewage backup. They both provided excellent service. They were both focused and motivated on the job. Which resulted in a job well done. Hugo went above and beyond with providing me with useful information on how my catch basin works and how it ties to my main sewer line. We had A Clean Catch come out to clean our residential catch basin. It probably hadn't been cleaned in years and years since long before we had purchased the home this year. They were able to schedule the appointment quickly, they were on time, and they did the job at a reasonable price. The guys that arrived were professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend.
