Mr. Castillo did a couple of small jobs for us, one as a contractor, one as a subcontractor. He installed a gas line under our house for a fireplace insert and he did the water pipe plumbing when we converted an extra bathroom into a laundry room. In both cases, he obviously knew his business, he worked hard, he was honest in his dealings with us, he was friendly and helpful. He cleaned up after himself. We had a bunch of questions, all of which he answered clearly, honestly and intelligently. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin... okay, so for starters, my home warranty referred me to them to do a replacement on my garbage disposal and to check out the leak coming from my faucet and valves. They came in, checked out my garbage disposal and said that it did in fact needed to be replaced (I already knew that since it was literally corroded and broken) so they replaced the garbage disposal unit and then moved on to the the leak coming from my valves/faucet. Just to clarify, I had shut off my water for my faucet as well as put down puppy pads to avoid leakage and any damages, which they said was a good thing I did. Anyway, they went under the sink to see what was going on and needed to replace a part and said that after the replacement it should be good to go. They did the work and bounced. I thought it was all fixed and good to go, but after they had left, I went out and ran some errands. I came home about 3 hours at most to a puddle on my floor and under my sink. Clearly they didn't fix the issue. I called my home warranty to do a recall on the services and also contacted A Castillo and told them there was still some leaking going on. I also sent them the pictures. They said they'd come through on Friday to fix the problem (this was on a Thursday). After that, I noticed some damage done to my wood flooring inside my cabinets so I filed a claim through my home insurance that same day. So Friday comes around and they didn't come through so I had to wait till Monday and let me tell you, this was in November and I needed my sink and kitchen the most since it was just before thanksgiving. They came through to figure out the problem AGAIN and replaced an angle stop. Okay, the leak finally stopped, but I had damages done to my cabinet and floor. Cool. Moving on to my faucet, which was brand new, it was still leaking and he had said that if the faucet still leaks, to let them know and they'll come back and fix it. Faucet was still leaking and so he came through AGAIN for a third time to remove and replace the faucet. Leak stopped from the faucet and he told me that everything should be good to go with no further issues.
Fast forward to February, my mom goes to wash her hands and the entire faucet came detached from my sink. It was wild. We looked and saw that the dude literally tried using cocking to ""glue"" down the faucet and didn't even seal the base! Like what the heck?? So I called them to let them know and the number that was listed on my work order through home warranty wasn't even their number. So I had to come on here to find the right number. I called them, no answer. Left a message, no call back. I called several times and so did my husband and it literally took my mother to call from her phone to get them to answer. What kind of business rejects a former customers call? They did a job and were the last to come up through my home to perform the work. So obviously they're responsible for all the issues I've been dealing with. All I do is wash my dishes and I'm not rough at turning on my faucet or whatever. So no matter what, my faucet shouldn't have come apart. Again I can't wash my dishes. Not only that, my insurance agent stated that since they caused the secondary damages, that they would be held responsible for the repairs through their insurance. I tried calling to get their insurance info and they wouldn't give it to me and they also wouldn't return my calls again. My husband has called countless times and no answer. So he called from a friends phone and then they answer. What a shocker. Still no luck and getting the issue resolved. So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because seriously, this is by far THE WORST service I have ever received in my life.
So, if you wanna get screwed on the repairs you may need for plumbing, go through them, if not, STEER CLEAR!! They absolutely SUCK.

Assigned to me by my warranty company regarding my fireplace insert/gas line. Fantastic customer service. Thorough and solved the problem. Would call him back for work in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Castillo & Sons Plumbing is the best! Castillo was recommended to me by a friend - I have use them twice now, once on an emergency basis - 9pm on a Sunday night. They arrived within an hour and took care of the problem at an affordable price. Also had them install bathroom fixtures. They did a great job - fast, neat & clean.

Castillo and Sons came recommend to me through my home warranty when my water heater started leaking. They contacted me the same day and fit me in to their schedule when another company would not. My water heater was replaced and he he even brought it up to code. All within a reasonable price that saved my Christmas! Thank you Castillo and Sons!
