Had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. I called and they were very responsive (were at the house in 2 hours). Alex and his partner were very courteous, delved right into the problem and resolved it (snaked the main line). They washed down the area where the clean out is located, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. No complaints! Although the price was a bit inflated (because of the weekend response), it was expected and didnt mind paying it because of the peace of mind, inability to use either restroom and their courteous nature.

Alex Careaga was engaged to do plumbing work during a renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. His team was good, plus polite and respectful of our house, making efforts to keep it clean.

Since then, we've called Alex for two small problems and he personally came very quickly and resolved them. We hope not to need a plumber for a long time, but we'll call Alex when we do.

When we needed work done, I thought to call Alex. He did work for us several years ago without issue. I made the appt. for an estimate. Red flag #1...A week later they called to schedule. Alex came out. He was pleasant as before. I told him about the water pressure issue in the kitchen. He looked under the sink. Walked into the laundry room. Said he could fix it for $650. I asked him specifically if it would cost anymore than that to fix it? He said no. $650. So I hired him. Red flag #2....They were supposed to arrive at 7:30am and I had to call around 10am because no one showed up. Finally they arrived around 11am. They said we got ""missed"" somehow. When they were done, they were only able to fix half the problem, when they said it would fix the entire problem. There was no ""maybe"". No ""possibly"". He said he would fix it for $650. I am not a gambling type of person. I am not a rich person to take a chance on it maybe fixing the problem. They were supposed to call my husband and let him know what they were going to do about this issue. Finally, about a week later, he calls me (too afraid to talk to my husband????) defensively and blames me for their mistake. He never went under the house to look at the existing pipes. He had the nerve to tell me I misled him. ME, a HOUSEWIFE, who knows nothing about plumbing...I was supposed to know what kind of plumbing is under my house!!!!! If he did his job correctly, he would have gone UNDER the house and looked during the estimate!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! So now I have half a working kitchen sink faucet and I had to pay for his incomplete work. I suggest not walking away from this place, but running away from this shady business.

I am totally dissatisfied with the installation job of my Koehler kitchen faucet. After installed it was not working right, so I had to go to Lowes and was told it was installed incorrectly. I was given instructions and went home and fixed it myself!!! When I let Alex know, he said that ""the worker is not a bad plumber, he just didn't know how to install that particular faucet."" I hired a plumber and it is their job to investigate if they are not knowledgeable. Plus, it was #13 in the instructions. Why am I paying if I am the one fixing it?

Also, when I told the worker that I need the box, I discovered he had put it in his truck with the soap dispenser that he did not install. I let Alex know about this also and he commented that it was not very smart of him and he shouldn't have done that.

I definitely do not feel this job was worth $170.00

A huge thank you to Alex and his crew. My sewer line broke under the house. I had two different companies come out. They sat there consulting there
I pads and calling out supervisors telling me what a big job it was. On a recommendation from a friend I called Careaga Plumbing. They came out took a look, gave me a fair price and fixed it the same day. No problems no up sell, no scare tactics. They just dove in and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! They were recommended for being honest, reliable, and fair with their pricing and they have more than lived up to it. We had them install some fixtures a few years ago and they were total professionals in the quality of the work, the speed, and their manner.
