Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, William knows the area well. In 1984, he completed his education at Tascosa High School. Since the 1990s, he has worked in the plumbing field. In 2002, he achieved the title of Master Plumber. He established A Cardwell Plumbing & Construction in 2003.
