Amazing work! Owner sent two guys out here to do work on my house. I was told by another plumber it would be super complicated and require going under my sidewalks and outside the house. However, these guys put a new shutoff valve where it should have been installed when the house was built, ran water to the garage and made it look easy (which I know it wasn't) and it looks great! New shutoff valve, water softener and water dispenser completed! On time, customer service was exceptional and the guys were courteous and professional. As a landlord and retired real estate broker, I can say I would HIGHLY recommend them! Saved me time and money. Thanks guys!!

I unknowingly had the house repiped by an unlicensed plumber. Jim, Operations Supervisor, dispatched Jacob to inspect the repipe & determine if any other plumbing issues existed. Jacob called to notify me when he was 15 mins away. He was on time, professional, skilled & personable. He confirmed that inferior supply lines & fixtures had been used. He explained in detail how A&C Plumbing Concepts would have done the job differently & why. He assured me the repiping was adequate. I appreciate Jacob's patience answering my questions, educating me on plumbing & using humor to offset my dismay over the money I was scammed out of. Paying for a full home inspection from a licensed plumber was worth every dollar. Thanks to Jason's inspection, I now have peace of mind the unlicensed plumber work has no leaks even though he used outdated & poor quality material. I have found a reputable, skilled & LICENSED Plumber with Jacob of A&C Plumbing Concepts, Inc. for future plumbing.

Jim was very helpful with a defective water heater. He worked with the manufacturer and got them to replace the w/heater. The new one was installed by Jim's crew and all is well. They did a great job.

Rick and his crew went above and beyond when I needed plumbing done to open my salon. He was so helpful mapping it out, making suggestions, and did the research to find me exactly what I needed to supply my space with the best on demand water heater. They charge a fair price and are worth every penny! Thank you A&C for getting us set up with everything!

Great company to work with knowledgeable, reasonable prices and staff is extremely nice and helpful. If you need a great Plumbing company call them. A & C Plumbing Rocks..

I found the gentlemen on the phone completely rude. I wouldn't pay a penny to these jokers. Guy couldn't even give me a ""Guestemite"" as to a time frame for when they could get here. Instead he said "" Well I can pull anyone of a job and call it an emergency and charge you the emergency price"". Found him to be a smart ass!!

Worst plumbers! Overcharged me for the work they did! I had to call them EVERYDAY because they never showed up when they said they would. I'm talking every single time!! They installed my bathtub and didn't put the backing it that it should have dip the front is now flimsy and not going last hardly any of time it should have. Thanks for ruining my brand new $700 bathtub! And making sure my very first home remodel was a headache. We had to do the remodel over a two year span because it was so much so when it came time to finish there was no way in hell i was letting them back into my home to finish the work. I called someone else and got the work done correctly. But my bathtub can't be fixed now.

I called A & C Plumbing because my water heater was leaking into my bedroom, but got an answer machine. Before I could find the next plumber, Rich called me back and gave me a great price to replace. Rich showed up when he said he would, had a great attitude, and did great work!! I have other projects that need to be done and Rich at A & C Plumbing is my new go to guy!! Thanks Rich see you soon!!

Our water heater went out. So we called them this morning and they showed up when they said they would. Put in a new water heater at a reasonable price. Doesn't get better than that!

I live in California, and my elderly mother in Bullhead City, Az. We suspected that my mother had a leak in her home that we could not find so I called A & C.
Rick called me back, after I left my name and number with his wife/office girl. He agreed to take a look for $75.
Rick showed up at my mothers house, took a look around and called me saying that it was ""most likely"" a slab leak and would cost ""around"" $3000 to repipe the whole house. His logic was that if there is one leak, then many others are just waiting around the corner to bite us in the butt... so we may as well bite the bullet now. I agreed with his logic, and attempted to get some facts from him to substantiate his diagnosis of a slab leak. It didn't take long for me to realize that he hadn't even gone in to the attic to check for pipes there. He was just assuming that the pipes were all in the foundation because there are no water spots showing on the ceiling. In fact, he only looked in the garage attic, and was telling me that he would have to cut through the wall between the garage attic and the house attic, just to gain access to it. He didn't even realize that there are two separate hatches for the attics... hmm, not a good sign, but I was willing to trudge on with this guy hoping that perhaps I could make it work if I held his hand through it.
Anyway, he told me that based on what he saw with the water meter, and after shutting off several valves, and turning them back on, he was convinced that we did indeed have a leak, and it is somewhere along the line fed from the water softener... but where he does not know. So I asked him if he could check inside the attic, and verify that the pipes are all in the slab. He did agree to do this, included in the $75 initial charge. Instantly I was feeling optimistic that it may work out with him.
The next day he called me back and said that the pipes to the back of the house are in the attic (big surprise), but he couldn't see the pipe that feeds the kitchen, so he assumes that it is in the foundation slab, and must be the one leaking. Now he tells me that since he only has to run one pipe, the cost would go down to ""around"" $1000. My immediate thought was that paying $1000 to run one pipe is ridiculous, but I wasn't ready to fight that battle with him just yet. First I wanted to locate the leak, to be sure that running a new pipe to the kitchen would solve the problem. So I asked him how much it would cost for him to find the leak. He told me $200. I agreed to that, and he promised to show up the next day ""mid morning"".
The next day at about 4:30pm, he did show up... And did some work. What he did, my mother does not know. But he has scheduled with her to replace the kitchen water pipe the next Tuesday for $1000.
Irritated at Ricks' attempt to make an end run around me, I tried to call him. No answer. Finally at 9:00pm, he calls me and says that the leak is definitely between the garage and the kitchen and most likely in the slab. Most likely? Didn't I contract him to FIND the leak? When I questioned him about this point, he admitted that he did not look for the leak, but had ""mapped the pipes""... and was only going to charge me $125 for that service. This is the point that I realize that I cannot go any further with this guy. He doesn't even understand my logic at wanting to find out where the leak is, so that I can ensure that running the new pipe will solve the problem. Then to do a service that I never asked for, and saying that he is going to charge me for it? So now on the phone he is trying to talk over me and assert his point as to why mapping the pipes was a better thing to do than what I contracted him for.
I calmly told him to charge my credit card for the agreed upon $75 and hung up.
Now you would think this is the end of the story, right? Oh no, it gets better. He immediately calls me back and leaves a voice mail saying that by hanging up on him, I have disrespected him. That has earned me a spot on a black list that he and 9 other plumbers in Bullhead City share with each other to keep up on ""Bad customers"". He further advised me that I am rude, and cannot treat people like that. Also, if I try to call a plumber in Bullhead City, his plumber friends would mess with me, and presumably over charge me for work.
Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.
At this point, after I pick myself up off the floor from laughing at this clown, I call the home maintenance people who I know and trust. Should have called them from the start. They send out a professional, who checks the whole system, and guess what? THERE IS NO LEAK! The excess water usage was from bad programming in the water softener, causing it to back flush too much. We fixed it and now no more excess water usage.
Final analysis: Rick is either completely inept as a plumber, or he is crooked as hell.... and truthfully I do not know which.
