Called about water heater problem at our condo in Osage Beach, Mo. They said it was probably the heating element. When they came didn't even bring an element and had to go get it. Didn't have items they needed to do the job. Had to use something I had. They were gone longer than it took to the job. Said they wouldn't charge for time away but they did. Found out later most companies replace both thermostat and heating element when doing this type of work. They only did the element. Had to clean up area around the heater after they left. Not very professional. $200 later learned my lesson.
