Called at 10:30 on a Sunday for a backed up sewer line putting dirty water into our basement. Team arrived at 1:30, just as promised. Finished the job in 30 minutes. I called on a Saturday because my bathroom sink and tub drain were clogged. Zachary came to my home on Sunday and fixed both in less than an hour! Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

WOW- Zachary is the real deal. He is curtis's son. I called Tues night to leave a message about unclogging our exterior drain on the side of our house. They came out the following afternoon (45 min late, but I cannot even complain because they do a thorough job). Be flexible on the time. If they are running late just know they are not rushing your job too so that is why.

Him and his partner were super friendly. Up front too. They told us it was a 50/50 shot if it was going to be fixable because if a tree root punctured the pipe then we would have to dig up to repair.

They were able to unclog it within 35 min. Super fast. 5 Star service. I definitely will keep these guys in my phone book for the future. He said he recommends gutter protectors to avoid this in the future so no leaves get in there to clog drains. :) CALL THESE GUYS

Curtis was very respectable over the phone. When his son Zach came by, he looked at an issue I suspected related to be a sewer problem. He looked around and did some test and told me he didn't think it was a sewer problem. He said he could snake it and charge me to see if it fixes the problem (which only occurs when it rains), but he said you should save your money because he doesn't think it will solve the issue. He shared his thoughts on what it could be and why the issue is happening without any cost. He referred me to another person to check out if it was related to a sump pump issue. I respect honesty and free advice.

My elderly mother had a backed up sewer at her house, I was online checking out who would be best to call and I Saw Budget on yelp.
All of the YELP reviews were spot on, what a great shop.
I spoke to Curtis this morning about an appointment and he totally worked with my schedule.
I got a call a few hours later for his son Zack confirming the appt and giving me a 30 minute window when he would arrive. Zack was perfectly on time.
Zack and his partner diagnosed the problem within about 30 seconds, it was a trap that needed clearing in a well in my basement.
He explained the issue very clearly to me, and told me what the problem was. Zack and his partner had the issue corrected within a few minutes. He was very knowledgable and explained to me what was going on every step of the way.
I really can't say enough good things about this company. They were great on the phone communicating, they were on time, flexible with my schedule, they were friendly, and best of all very honest and fair.
I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone having a plumbing issue, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.
