Had A Brothers come out and clean out a line at a house in canyon. They said they would be out the next morning. Showed up 2 days later. They said they cleared the line so I paid them 200$ that they charged. The next day the line still isn't clear so I call them back. They send the guys back out and they clear the line again, but this time they pull the toilet also. Charge me another 300$. Disappointing that they would charge me twice for a job that wasn't done right the first time. I know I would not do that as a business owner. I will not be using them again.

We were harged $125 for a part that only cost $20. There part was not necessary. The part cost over half as much as the new toilet that installed We were not advised of the price before purchasing it and we're told it was a "special" purchase, and could not return it. The guy that installed the part broke the magnetic light wall switch plate, which was irreplaceable. It went with the Bluetooth speaker vent. We the will NEVER use them again!!!!

Just charged my wife 130 dollars for a toilet handle that amazon sells for 12 dollars. I'm cool with a 200 or 300 percent markup, but 1000 times markup, on a toilet handle that we didn't need, weren't quoted a price on, and my wife thought needed to be replaced, and didn't know it was just a cosmetic item for a bronze painted toilet handle.
