They did not show up or call 4 times. Won't answer phone calls or texts. VM isn't even set up. Choice home warranty(Also a company I wouldn't recommend) set up the appointment Today my wife texts to make sure they were coming and the actually responded saying they would be here and asked for the address. Why wouldn't they have it if appointment was set? They didn't show up again and after calling about 10 times someone finally answered. No company greeting just said hello and was confused who she was or about the appointment. Said he would check the records and call back. I'm sure he won't. They are incompetent idiots and I'm not sure how they are in business. They deserve 0 stars. We have to pay someone out of pocket for repairs because we can't wait any longer.?

Horrible company! 3rd day of no call no show with a 5 hour appointment time slot! Tech won't answer his phone or reply to texts. I had to pay a $25 Cancelation fee for a Dr sppointment so I could be home for them. They should owe me $75! Call anyone else but them. Not sure how they are even still in business! Would give it 0 stars if I could!

I would give no stars if that was possible. Stood us up 2x and then didn't show up to do the work when scheduled. Very weird guy who gave very little info when he did actually see the problem. This was thru Choice Home Warranty so we waited 2 weeks to get an appointment and then the no shows. . Did have to pay the $65 diagnose fee though

No call no show from the company 3x before showing up. When he did show up it was for 3 mins in which he didn't tell me what the issue was or what needed to be done. Said he'd be back in a week to fix it. fix what? And of course never heard from him again.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit. Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.
