His service is supurb, he is neat and tidy (puts on little paper booties before coming into the house), and -- get this -- he actually gives you a SPECIFIC TIME to come to your house. Not like ""between 8 am and noon"". He first worked on a rooter issue at our home, and while there made some recommendations which we engaged him to do. He wasn't selling, or pressuring us, but he brought a few things to our attention that were very sensible. His prices were always exactly as he quoted. We would not use anyone else.
