Negative company experience!! Do not use this company is you want a professional, quality job!

We used this company last year to install a garbage disposal. Since then it has been leaking. We had to call them out 2 weeks after the initial service was completed.

Today I called another plumber because the sink was still leaking. The same guy (short, skinny, white guy with tattoos and big hole ear piercings) came out and showed us pictures of the job that he did last year and tried to argue me down about what happened to the screws that are somehow missing.

He was extremely combative, argumentative and looked demented. He kept talking about the pictures from last year and asking me what happened to the screws, so I pulled out my phone to record him and he left!

Be ware! If you don't want to have to get someone to correct their sloppy work, do not use them!

They installed a new tankless water heater & I could not be happier with their work. They were punctual, efficient, professional & gave me a fair price. They took the time to go over the warranty & maintenance information. After they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here (cleaned spotlessly). And now we have plenty of hot water & no more leaks.
