A Better Plumbing Company is right-Jeff is absolutely the BEST. He has fixed problems with my kitchen faucet when others couldn't diagnose it, done a few perfect and quick installations for us, and always has really useful additional tips and tricks to add. Beyond that, I contacted him for a couple of issues I was having that popped up, and even on his day off for his birthday he responded right away and walked me through both issues over the phone - problem solved in both cases. Jeff comes from a few generations of plumbers and absolutely knows his stuff - his work is perfection and his customer service is off the charts. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Awesome service. In my case I contacted multiple plumbers in the St. George area to get a quote on a leaking hose coming from my water heater. It was leaking for a few days and I would have to put the hose in a bucket and dump the bucket when it was getting full; a real annoyance.

Like I said I contacted multiple plumbers and received a message from Jeff in about 15 minutes from the time I requested a quote. He was at my house and finished the repair within 3 hours of the phone call. I can't say it will be like this for every person that contacts him since I'm sure he is a busy man, but based on the service I received in basically no notice, I would give this company 100 stars if I could.

What was amazingI about A Better Plumbing Company was how quickly they correctly diagnosed the real issue and then tried the least invasive procedure with a plan B that actually worked. Our water heater went out, and these guys were at our house in half an hour after we called. A couple hours later, the job was done and be had hot water again. I couldn't believe how fast, efficient, and straight-forward they were. They've earned a repeat customer.
