I do not recommend this business. We had a simple clogged kitchen sink that needed a good professional snake. I called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. However, they failed to mention I would be waiting ALL day. The service man didn't show up until 7:30 pm, right in the middle of dinner. I was then quoted $488. ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!! For a simple snake job!! I couldn't believe it. My jaw is still on the floor. Then he proceeded to recommend that we try boiling a huge pot of water and pour it down our PLASTIC pipes. Unbelievable. We did NOT hire them and went with another local guy who charged us a modest $250, came and went by noon the next day, and told us to absolutely never pour boiling water down our drain. Thanks for nothin' A Better Plummer. You're simply not 'Better'.

We called to see what it would take to replace a faucet in our kitchen with a new one that we purchased from Lowes. Patrick came out and gave us a quote for the work and very quickly and cleanly replaced the faucet. He also discussed a few other items with me at detail. I would highly recommend this company (and Patrick).

I called this to assist with putting a shower pan down (tub removed,). Set up an appointment and they never showed up. In addition, they over charged me $1,700. They said my chili g would need to be cut...uhmmm. i got it done by a plummer and it was $675.00.

Could not have had better service. Drew came out, fixed a drainage issue and then proceeded to spend an extra 15 minutes helping me with a malfunctioning house filtration system. He went above and beyond with coustomer service. Highly recommend them!

Awesome company. The owner of the company has 3 master plumber licenses and is very knowledgeable and experienced. His crew does a fantastic job no matter what our plumbing issue is. We have an old house that needs a lot plumbing work done all the time from simple kitchen sink stoppages and clogged toilets to major bathroom rehabs A Better Plumber is our go to company no matter what. This company truly cares about their customers and take the extra time to explain what is needed and why. They treat your home as if they were working in their own home- they wear shoe covers and clean up after themselves. They also offer military discount as well. Definitely worth checking them out if you haven't already!
