I had a simple bathroom repair the very friendly and helpful Dakota booked the job and then Justin F showed up on time and quickly performed the task. He was also friendly and helpful. Most importantly the job was quickly resolved and I will definitely use this business again. I really appreciate the quality of work both in their office and on the job site at my condo. A+++!

We mistakenly left our hose attached over the winter and learned an expensive lesson, our lawn faucet cracked and of course, left a mess in the basement. We called A Better plumber on a Saturday evening and Kyle was able to come out that night, assessed everything and even told us our sump pump was installed incorrectly. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a few options in terms of getting things fixed/replaced, and was able to get everything replaced within a couple of days. We'd highly recommend A Better plumber a million times!

I was spending the weekend at my daughters home in Boulder CO, and sitting for my granddogs. The sink in my room had always been slow to drain. I tried baking soda and vinegar, albeit 3 times, it only got worse, even the overflow drain did not work. I called your business and and got a very prompt response. Antonio came and pulled out a hair plug about 8 inches long from the drain. My daughter and her husband have only been in the house 9 month's so this was an accumulation of a few years. He was very professional and fixed the problem, and the price was very reasonable.

Beau came and fixed two toilet value systems, and made a courtesy adjustment to my bathroom valve. Just under $500. I'm completely satisfied with my interactions with the call center receptionists as well. They were quick to return my inquiry call and use a two way text notification system which is very convenient. They also provide a photo of my technician so I am aware of who to expect in my home. I am so glad to have found this service provider. I highly recommend their service for your plumbing needs. I even felt better after I vented about my previous experiences with other companies. Where do I start?? Best plumbing business in town! Managers are easy to speak with and explain pricing fairly, and the technician Deshaun that did the work at my place was a rockstar. Communicated clearly before during and after service, took pictures of every step, and helped explain some of the work / problems along the way in terms I could understand. Highly recommend!!

To my Central Park, Parkhill and Denver neighbors - Please do not use A Better Plumber (look at the reviews). I needed my pressure relief valve replaced on my water line. They charged me $1500 to replace it because it was leaking. The technician (Beau) said Applewood would twice as much then what they were offering. I had two other plumbers call later in the day and said they could've fixed it in the $400-$600 range. This was my fault for trusting this company and not getting a second estimate (the water line was leaking and we were going out town so I made the decision on the spot). On top of that the tech was an hour late and only stayed for two hours (I have him on our house camera for a time stamp), but the manager said he stayed for 4 hours to fix it. When I called the company they promptly refunded $300 without much of an argument, so I figure I got taken to cleaners. PLEASE DO NOT USE A BETTER PLUMBER!!

Great company. Would highly recommend. Came a day later and fixed our outside faucets from leaks and got frost proof lines welded in. Also fixed our shut off valve and brought it up to code.

We also called them back to clean our sink lines in the bathrooms. Don't think they have ever been cleaned and now they drain promptly.
