I can't say enough about the excellent service from A Better Plumber. Technician Beau Halvorson arrived at my home to repair a disaster underneath my bathroom sink in an older building. Beau was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. I then discovered an issue with the new faucet I bought at Home Depot and Beau went above and beyond to make it right. The result? I can finally stop cringing at the thought of that bathroom and enjoy the security of knowing the job was done RIGHT, I no longer worry about leaks and other issues. Beau strictly adhered to Covid safety guidelines, was courteous, respectful, professional and a joy to have in my home. I will be choosing A Better Plumber for my plumbing needs in the future. The pricing was competitive and fair, especially considering no work had been done on that bathroom since the 1970's most likely. I trust these guys.

Called them on a Saturday with stopped up toilet, sink and running toilet. They were here within an hour, did the necessary work to solve our problems, were professional & friendly. During the previous four days we had called seven other plumbers. Two called back to say they didn't serve this area. One wanted $75 to chain up in addition to $119 dispatch fee before even quoting for the work which they would not do over the phone; we left messages at the others but they never returned our calls. A Better Plumber charges a fair price in my book and they are more than worth it.

Danny S came over today and fixed a clogged drain for us. He is a really cool dude and I appreciated his efforts enough to leave a review on google and on Yelp. I was the typical annoying home owner peering over his shoulder and asking questions the whole time and he explained everything he was doing to me. He also did a great job cleaning up. I would for sure recommend this company to friends and family and will keep their card for the future.

I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against the company . A Better Plumer does not provide customers with a ""INVOICE"" , so they don't have to explain the company's pricing policy. A Better Plumbers response regarding ""INVOICES"" , under Colorado state law we would have to charge you and every other customer sales tax!, Jeff W. A Better Plumer stated that the scope of work is as follows- 3.New Hot Water Heater ? Unfortunately , A Better Plumer never installed a hot water heater as part of the job ! Jeff W. agreed to refund me in the amount of $750.00 , BBB complain dated 02/11/2021 . I have not heard from A Better Plumer of Jeff W. about my refund and feel scammed for the second time !

A Better plumber, saved the day out sump pump was leaking and they were able to send out a technician the same day at a time that was convenient for us. The technician, Brian texted and called when he was on his way to give an ETA. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. A Better Plumber is reasonably priced and very professional! We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

At the time I was concerned, and mentioned to Alex, that he seemed to be just poking a hole in a larger clog. I also suggested that he maybe attack it from the basement because the dishwasher drain pipe was also affected (sink & dishwasher drain pipes come together, easily accessible in basement, just below kitchen subfloor) rather than just snaking from above. Guess I was right, since it has again become a problem. Maybe I needed someone with more plumbing experience. Next plumber I hire, I will send a photo of the pipes in the basement, and clarify the scope, before hiring.
