Recently moving to Pinetop and we reached out to this company to replace a water heater. They were friendly professional and experienced. I feel they went above and beyond and would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

We have used this plumbing company for repairs in the past- a hot water heater replacement and also a broken pipe. They were very timely with their service, and did a nice clean repair. We felt our price paid was reasonable for the services performed and I would and have, recommended them to friends.

I hired this company over the phone at the urging of a local builder, Gary Anderson, and was quoted $550 to replace a leaking water main valve. I called Gary because the bid seemed really high, but he assured me it was fair. The work was performed for the most part, but then I checked out the pricing with another plumber and was quoted $215 for the same job. I asked Wayne for an itemized receipt detailing the cost of the parts and labor, and he replied that he doesn't do bookkeeping that way. Huh...I bet not - anyway - do your homework better than I did. I will be calling the ROC to see if there is anything that can be done.

I'm driving north on 260 about 720 AM in the right lane going 50 mph in a 45 mph posted area. This white truck is tailgating me for a couple of miles and there is plenty of room for him to use the left lane to pass me, he doesn't. So he finally passes me and glares at me with the ""hey it's your fault"" look. Then I notice the company name on the truck: A Better Choice Plumbing, the guy passes me and turns into HD Supply. If the guy can't figure out to pass me, has to give a stupid look when he finally passes me then you can only wonder how screwed up his plumbing work is. What exactly did you want me to do? I don't speed, I can't afford the ticket, just a reminder you MAY pass traffic in the left lane! Drive on weirdo!
