A Bell appears willing to perform only the bare minimum of service necessary to comply with the terms of what I consider a one-sided contract they presented me, no matter how much of a bind that leaves the customer in. They do not appear concerned about verbal promises. I would advise anyone who must do business with them to read the contract very carefully, and perhaps have it checked by a lawyer. I would advise them to totally disregard any and all verbal promises.
