I am so so so grateful to A. B. Plumbing!! I had dropped my diamond earring down the drain and called them the next morning. They were able to make it to my house that same day! The gentleman, Damiano, was awesome. He was able to retrieve my earring and have my sink put back together within 20 minutes. Definitely going to call them for any of my other plumbing needs!

Promised to be at my residence to repair a water heater within one hour of calling. With five minutes to go I called and asked for status, Was told that a tech would arrive another hour later. If you cannot keep a promise, the your value is zero. They are also part of Ritz plumbing, so caveat emptor!

Called on AB Plumbing for another plumbing emergency and their service was prompt and professional. I had a particularly bad plumbing situation which they explained could result in more cost, but they were honest and up front. Ultimately, the situation was fixed without further damage or cost. I already have a stressful situation and was just glad to deal with a company that was honest and affordable.

I asked them to bid on replacing a new pipe to my house. They came out and surveyed it, but they said they had to go back to their office and have the boss approve the bid. Never heard from them again. What a waste of my time scheduling a meeting with them and then waiting for a bid. Unprofessional!

Like several other reviewers, I called but never got any response. The gentleman who answered the phone was very personable and professional. I ended our conversation expecting more of the same great service. He told me he'd dispatch someone right away. Well, it's been 24 hours and I have not been contacted. On the flip side, after reading the reviews, I was skeptical of the possibility of their calling me back so I called around and found a responsive and professional plumber.

Esther and her team are fantastic. I'm using these guys for a large commercial project. They are proficient, professional and have state of the art gear. We priced out a few options and these guys were far and away the most reasonable. What I really appreciate was how assessable they are for questions, changes, etc. They are family owned and operated, so you are pretty much always talking to the boss. We will definitely use them again for our next project

Called at 8:30pm requesting a plumber, then again at 10:30pm, then again at 11:30pm, then again at 12:30 pm. Nobody ever showed, and no call back was ever made. Ended up canceling the request at 12:35 after waiting for hours.

The number you call is just an answering service, they have no way to guarantee that these people will ever show up, or actual knowledge of how quickly they come.
