I contacted TLC for a bid to replace our water heater here in Espanola with a larger unit and Carlos prepared the bid and recommended the unit to install given the space and needs we had. The day of installation, Carlos and his partner (also named Carlos lol) came out and got right to work --- they said the job would take about 4-6 hours and they were done right at 4 hrs. No problems, easy peasy! They are both such great guys, wonderful attitude and 100% customer oriented --- I highly recommend TLC as a company having known about them for many years, but this recent direct experience has sealed the deal for me. I won't call anyone else when i need work done that they can do. And Carlos and Carlos are the best! Really enjoyed having them do the work. I am also signing up for their maintenance agreement so i don't have to worry about keeping track of what's been done and how much time has gone by --- definitely great value for the money!

We're new to Santa Fe and our house had a number of plumbing issues. After checking reviews and shopping around, we called TLC. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Everyone we worked with was professional and responsive. TLC has completed three jobs for us now and they sent out the same crew every time. I have to call out Carlos, Andy and Dennis for the quality of their work, quick diagnosis of the problem and excellent communication every step of the way. Carlos was exceptional as the crew leader and expert. Russel was my go-to contact at the office. He was quick to get the work scheduled and negotiated a fair price.

In a trade that isn't always known for outstanding service and availability, TLC really stands out. I highly recommend TLC.

TLC recently replaced our water heater, floor heat boiler and added an evaporative cooler to our home. The techs were all polite and professional. Our job foreman, Miguel was patient and worked hard to meet our needs. The work they performed looks neat and everything works well. We are very happy with the job.
