I got Mike's number from my brother in law who has been using Mike's company for about 7 years. We had a problem with our toilet downstairs. We contacted Mike last night and he was able to fit us in today. Given that it was a holiday weekend we were thrilled. Mike took care of us today and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Mike.

Mike is the plumber that usually helps us and again is a pro! He recently went above and beyond with a difficult water hammer issue, and we will continue to use his company for all our plumbing needs.

I called A&B Plumbing after reading a recommendation on Nextdoor.com and I was totally impressed. After calling the number, Michael, the owner immediately responded. Earlier in the day, Simple Green Plumbing was trying to charge me $300 for a simple roto-rooter of my kitchen sewer line and I sent him home. Michael came to my home that same afternoon and completed the job and charged the normal rate for these services, $125. He is very professional and I will definitely use him and his company in the future.

The faucet in my kitchen sink decided to break on Christmas Day, just as I was washing the piles of dishes from our family get-together. My daughter recommended A&B, so I called them the next morning, and they responded that day. They could not complete the job that day as I had to go and pick out a new faucet, but they were back the next day and installed the new faucet. Both Lance and Mike were terrific, very helpful. Their pricing was very fair and they worked quickly and did not leave a mess. I would use them again any time I need plumbing services.

Horrible Customer service. These guys have been doing the backflow test for my residential property for a few years with no problems and an ok customer service. This year their customer service has been horrible. When I got the letter from the water service for my annual back flow test, I called them, talked to Michele, emailed her my information, she said she would take care of it. So far so good, business as usual. A month has passed since then, no response to my emails or my telephone calls and messages regarding any updates. I have send around 6 emails and left over 10 messages and called numerous time, no one has called me back or responded to my emails. Once a few days ago I got hold of Michele who seems to be the office manager explained her that the deadline for my back flow test was approaching, and the water company will shutdown my water service if the backflow test is not done. She said she would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. 3 days have passed and after many more phone calls and voice messages still no response. I am not sure if I should go with some else or wait for these guys, I don't want to pay twice once for some else to do it and once for incompetence of these people who are doing the customer service for this company. I would definitely not use these guys again.

I had A&B out to repair my gas line. Mike was extremely professional and really knows his stuff. This was a tough job that required crawling around in a very tight space. These guys dug in (literally) and got the job done. I can recommend them with confidence.

These guys are awesome!!!! Called them on a Holiday not expecting them to respond as quickly as they did, which amazed me first off... Then the professionalism of the gentleman who came over was refreshing. BUT most importantly they fixed my issue quickly, no mess left behind and and the cost if the repair was very fair especially for a holiday!!! I would definitely recommend A & B for anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.
