Been working with ABK for 17 years on not less than 80 new homes, often there are problems with controls,or tweaks that need to be made as is the case with many new heating,hot water or electrical systems in new homes. ABK has always addressed problems in a timely fashion and to my customers satisfaction.Communication could be better but his willingness to stand behind his work and show up earns him point's in my book.

They did an awful job installing my boiler (a waterless tank energy efficent) when my house was brand new in 2007 (Dec). I started having issues with my boiler in April 2008 and they had been coming out weekly/bi-weekly until end of 2009 when they refused to return my call. In March 2010, my boiler had completely kicked and when they refused to come out, I had to call another plumber/HVAC contractor and they determined the cause was the people who had installed the boiler (ABK Plumbing) had piped it incorrectly. Worst contractor I've ever had to deal with!
