He is incredibly rude. He doesn't tell you his prices until he is finished. We paid over $700 to install a water heater. Our dish washer broke when he had just fixed it. He told us to buy a new one after he just fixed it!

In life, I can think of four important requirements--a good doctor, a reliable dentist, an honest car mechanic, and a dependable plumber. Van Tran fulfills that last need perfectly. I have lived in Milpitas for 20 years. During that time, I have had several plumbing issues from an impromptu waterfall out of the ceiling into our kitchen, to a bathroom shower pan leak, to a dying water heater. Mr. Tran is quick to respond and gets the job done at a fair price for high quality work. He has also provided advice from experience that has saved us from inefficient choices. I cannot recommend his services as a plumber any more highly.

Had A.B.E Plumbing out (this time Tim) to fix yet another plumbing problem at my house. Tim was prompt, courteous, and professional, but most of all he did a fantastic job. After leaving a message, Van himself called me back quickly. With the toilet backing up considerably, it was greatly appreciated.
This is my go-to plumbing guys, and won't hesitate to call them for my next issue.

I used this company a few weeks ago to install a 2nd clean out,as the city of Sunnyvale will no longer go on my property to clean out roots that clog the water for draining out,they did a great job? fast,clean &ion time. The longest part was getting the city to inspect the work &approve. I have used van several times for other plumbing jobs he did excellent at as well. Tim&van both work together very well. If you need a great plumber there it.

Van Tran has been our plumber for 24 years at several places. He is always reliable and punctual. They do a very effective service and the prices always seem reasonable. We just had him repair our kitchen drain system for example. Even though it was evening they offered to come within the next 2 hours but we told them it could wait until morning. Sure enough they were there promptly the next morning.

That said, once reached, Van was great on the phone. We coordinated an emergency visit. Tim was a wonder working on my problem --- connect from meter to house cracked and leaking.

It all went great and for a price that beat earlier estimates. I will call them again .

Wish there was less then one star -Van(is the owner I think ) calls promptly but is extremely rude . does he realize he is talking to customers ? all I asked was the cost for the job and he yelled at us over the phone !! please avoid

Absolutely horrendous . The despath guy yelled at me on the phone.... literally yelled at me because i asked why how much he will take since he demanded x amount without even coming to the see the problem. Never will recommend him .
