I run a property management company and called this company to run a drain for a tenant of ours. This tenant happens to have some health issues and she politely asked him to wear a mask while in her home. He was extremely rude to her and when she called me I told him to comply or he can leave and not do the work. He hastily complied, but then removed it while performing the work siting that he needed to get tools and could not do so with a mask on. I will not be using him again!

This company took our money and never came back. $1,000 deposit.. this started in November right before Thanksgiving as you can see. Now we totally understood that the holiday was coming up and told them that it could wait until after the holiday but then we expected they get right on this they said that they would. Now let me add one of the main things that they said to us is that they have to have a deposit because they're concerned they're going to get screwed. Now Thanksgiving passed they came out they dug a hole in the ground and that was literally all they ever did we complained and complained and they finally came out and stuck insulation in the hole and covered it with plywood Knowing damn well nothing was frozen and that was not the issue. That was just to try and keep us quiet. They made excuse after excuse after excuse first thing that the man that has the parts was extremely sick and in the hospital and he wasn't bothering him then it was the guy has the money and he can't reach him. We then told him you have a week to pay it back or money because you obviously aren't going to do the job if you don't give us the money then we're going to take you to court this was the beginning of January we still have received no word no money. We do have a court date set and we will be suing them. I would like to also add that one of the major things that they complained about was that the water company in Alliance were complete idiots well let me tell you these guys were going to replace a valve on a gas line when we were working on the water. I just don't want to see anyone go through this ever they've made no attempt to whatsoever to try and make this right they have none of them answered phone calls text messages anything at all. My friend all this time sat in this house with no water we tried and tried and tried to get other people out there the funny thing is no one else would touch the job.. as of today we finally have an answer and the water lines are being repaired not by this company but by Vance & Sons LLC they have been nothing short of amazing.. this company almost caused me to be sued by the City of Alliance they were going to take legal action against me for not providing proper services for the people living in the home. We are going after pain and suffering for this reason ..over three months these people suffered. that is not right..

Not happy......we purchased a new water heater from ABC 3 years ago. It began to leak, so we called and someone came out and said it will be replaced because it was within the warranty period. They did say there would be a labor charge, which we expected would be nominal. Lesson learned....ASK what the labor charge is beforehand! We were shocked after the new unit was installed and we were told the labor charge was $300!!! We will not be using this business again.
