I have used A-Atlantic plumbing twice now. Once in 2021 for a sewer backup and recently for a gas leak repair. This review is for both of those repairs.

In both instances A-Atlantic provided superior service. For the sewer backup, Vernon, the master plumber and owner came out to fix the problem. They did not rush and made sure that everything was working before they left.

For the gas leak repair, Washing gas turned off our gas and it was on us to hire a plumber to fix the leak. I immediately called A-Atlantic and they dispatched one of their men within an hour or so. I shared pictures with Vernon to show him where the leak was. The technician came out and tightened the pipes where the leak existed. Meanwhile, Norm tried to contact Washington Gas for us to have our service restored. By 2 pm our gas was back on.

I highly recommend this company. I have used several different plumbers in the past, and some of the larger ones will try and scare you into spending money. These people are honest and responsive and I will continue to use them in the future.

Vern and his crew have done a full range of jobs for me over a number of years. Those jobs ranged from a complex repair to a very old septic system; unclogging drains; installing my garbage disposal; replacing shower heads .. There is no job too big or too small. They are experienced and professional. Vern will give you the best service AND the best advice to solve your plumbing and drain problems.

Conscientious w/ all COVID protocols also. Look no further than this company for drain/sewer/pipe issues.

They hydrojetted my underground corrugated drain pipe from the gutters and identified the break in pipe and subsequent blockage. Their arrival was on-time, and they got the work done as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary overcharges.

Estimates and invoices are electronic and up today, and credit cards are also accepted (if desired).

We had a kitchen that has been an issue for quite a while. Having previously had it snaked it still wasn't draining properly. We contacted A-Atlantic and they were able to come out the morning. After trying for a while with the hydro-jetting machine, the original reason we called, the plumber had a descaling device that was able to very effectively remove the obstruction. The pipe is now draining like new. The personnel they sent were very respectful and did their best to keep things clean. Highly recommend.

I have worked with and known Vernon the owner for four years, Not many plumbing companies out here put the customers above themselves or have high morals these days like Vernon does. I have an interesting prospective on this because I also own a plumbing company. Vernon and A-Atlantic are the best

On numerous occasions and across two homes, I've consistently had a fantastic experience with Vernon and his crew at A-Atlantic Plumbing. They've done a lot of work for me -- replacing my sump pump and clearing out a seriously clogged drainage line. The work has always been done skillfully and professionally, and Vernon has made sure I am satisfied throughout. Plus, Vernon has given me plenty of good advice about home care, plumbing, drainage, water lines, and water heaters. I'd definitely recommend hiring these guys!

I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but Vernon deserves it! He's responsive, understanding, and will get the job done! I live in a townhome condo with complicated plumbing and both times he's been out, he's worked tirelessly until the problem is solved. Extremely professional and just an all around good guy. I called about 3 other plumbing companies today and each one told me that they could not help me. I then called A-Atlantic plumbing and spoke with Vernon. I told him my situation and that nobody else would help me. It was late in the day at this point and I wouldn't have been surprised if he told me he couldn't get to it.
Well that wasn't the case because Vern said he had 2 jobs to do still but he would help me when he was done. Sure enough I waited about a hour and Vern was there with all the tools he would need. I recommend A-Atlantic plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber. Thanks again Vern!

We had a plumbing emergency and flooded basement. Vern came over within hours, snaked our lines, and got things up and running again quickly. He ran a camera down for free in order to better help diagnose the issue. When I noticed the shower was still draining slowly, he came back over the next morning and did some additional work to make sure things were running smoothly. :) Thanks!
