Called Raphael for plumbing job to move water line and run line for refrigerator. Came to look at job and very reasonable estimate. Finished job in good time, however read the specs of cabinetry wrong and placed drain and pipes 15"" from center. When we called to ask him to return to fix, he stated he would charge us hourly to move them! When asked about the line for refrigerator he said additional $150 when it was initially in original estimate! Not a man that keeps his word, and not willing to right his wrong! Would not recommend APEX! We called the night he did job and he RAN to bank first thing next morning to cash check before I could stop payment.
