Never use this company they scam their customers to make extra money off you they told us we needed all these repairs we didn't even need. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and their quality of service is very poor please save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable company. FYI: if you are using a warranty company PLEASE do yourself a favor and just use your own company ( Lim-Ric is very professional and actually has good customer service and didn't cheat us on price like this company) And the warranty company will fully reimburse you!!!!! Many people don't know this but STRONGLY recommend using this method to avoid a terrible and frustrating experience. I've worked in customer service my whole life and the Owner should be very ashamed of his below sub-par employees... will report to the BBB and hope this company gets shut down.

Jerry from A-American Plumbing came to our house to fix a clog in our upstairs line. He was extremely friendly, had a sense of humor, and was very polite taking off his shoes when he entered our home (which isn't something I asked him to do). He spent over 2 hours fixing the issue we had and didn't leave until it was done. We did have to pay a fee on top of our American Home Shield service charge which wasn't ideal, but I am glad the problem was solved now before it could have further damaged our ceilings, floors, etc. If you use this company I would highly suggest requesting Jerry as your technician!

Cody was great! He arrived within the time frame and gave me a courtesy update about 45min prior to arrival. Our toilet issue turned out to be an easy and quick fix, and he answered all my annoying questions. Very professional, polite, and patient. We will definitely use A-American again in the future!

Rude and unprofessional. Tech arrived angry and tired on Friday afternoon. He blew off both repairs by claiming AHS would not pay. When I questioned that he told me not to cop a """"frick in"""" attitude with him. He left slamming my front door.

wish i could rate a 0!!!!i would never recommend this company to anyone.i dont even see how they are still open.i had issues with my water heater that was located in my garage and while they were out there they stole something for my yard.called the company that referred me to them and told them they need to take this company off their list.i hope they get what they deserve !

A word of warning about A American Plumbing To all those in need of plumbing services: I'd advise you all stay far FAR away from A American Plumbing. They were sent to me by American Home Shield, my home warranty company. First, A American Plumbing tried to get me to buy a replacement faucet for $105, which sells for $68 at Lowes. Then, the plumber came and installed the wrong type of faucet--informing me it was the wrong fit AFTER he'd installed it. He then left it to leak underneath the sink. When I discovered the leak, I asked him to come back to fix his mistake. He arrived the next day (late) and said I must have """"moved the pipes"""" and caused the leak myself. And let's not even begin to talk about their rude office. Just be warned.

I scheduled several appointments to have their technicians come and repair a faucet they had installed improperly. They have, to the best of my knowledge, never been to my house, but have canceled or simply just not shown up to any of my appointments. This is a terrible company and they will never do work on any of my properties. If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would.

Yes these reviews are real! Yes just like you I was like """"Eh they can't be that bad. I'll try them out and judge for myself."""" Well let me tell you every bad review you've read about this plumber I can vouch for and have experienced. And if you're using them because good old AHS Warranty assigned you with them then I'm sorry to say you're S.O.L. and stuck with them. The service tech came out right at the end of the scheduled time. He opened my water heater cover and started messing with stuff. He said the ignition switch was dirty so he rubbed it with some sandpaper. He then tells me """"My knowledge on tankless water heaters is limited."""" Of course a few hours after he leaves no hot water. This was on a Friday to mind you so yep couldn't get a hold of anyone all weekend so cold showers is was. Monday I finally get a hold of the office and they say sure we'll be out there tomorrow between 1pm-5pm. By 7pm no one showed up nor called to say they weren't coming. I had to beg one of my family members to please come over and wait for them because they said they would not service anything if someone 18 years or older wasn't there because my wife and I had to work. And of course you can't get a hold of the office and after being on hold with AHS for an hour, yes an hour, they tell me there's nothing they can do that plumber is assigned to you and we won't assign another one. I am currently desperate to get an accurate diagnosis to actually figure out what is going on with our hot water heater my wife and I are looking elsewhere at other plumbers and willing to pay for them because this is ridiculous. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.
