I called today because my garbage disposal was clogged, they said $340 to come out and clear it... I was shocked at the price, this company must be driving Tesla's to service calls. I called around and was told the average service call is $80, what was A Amac's planning to do... for $340 they must have been going to serve me dinner and provided a massage. Run from this place, I got my garbage disposal fixed for $80. I report my experience good or bad, sometimes the truth hurts.

Discovered our kitchen/laundry room sewer drain was clogged at 7pm on a Saturday evening. Saw this company on Yelp, with good reviews and 24 hr emergency service, so I called. The lady I spoke to was courteous, businesslike and happy to help! She said they would send someone immediately. They did, and by 9pm my drains were clear! No mess. Cheerful and professional. Definitely would recommend!

This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with--on all fronts. They charged me $600 to unclog a toilet line, did not actually UNCLOG the line which backed up again the next day, and then charged another $600 to come out and pull the toilet to (hopefully) actually fix the problem. When I called the owner to complain about being charged $1200 to unclog a line, he called me ""disgusting"" multiple times and told me that he could tell by my TOILET USAGE that I was a lazy couch potato, interrupted me more times than I can count, then hung up on me. This man is rude, unprofessional, and, most importantly, a really, really lousy plumber who does not stand behind his work. Comparing his rates to the norm in this area for clearing a toilet line, his charges are absolutely obscene as is his attitude and his customer service.
