I talked to Terry on Monday about my water leak. He said he would be out the following day (Tuesday) and he would call early on Tuesday with a time. At 11:00 AM, Tuesday I had not heard from Terry. I called and left a voice message. No show on Tuesday; no show or call on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If his plumbing skills are on par with his communication skills, I could not recommend A-Alpha Plumbing

I'm sorry to say that I called A-Alpha to fix a sink in my business that was plugged and would not drain. I tried pumping it out myself and using lye to de-clog the drain, with no luck. After 20 minutes the guy they sent told me he'd have to cut out the wall and re-plumb to the sink drain because the lye I used cemented the clog and we'd never be able to fix it. Said he knew the problem 'cause he'd been a plumber for 42 years. After he left I called our A/C repair guy. He fixed it in about 45 minutes.
