Today our sewer backed up into our basement with no use of our water or toilet. Called the owner who was out of town till Tuesday but he suggested calling Shawn. We called Shawn and explained the issue. Shawn advised what the cost would be and that he would be out between 3 or 4 this afternoon to resolve the issue.

At 4:20, Shawn had not arrived. My fiance texted to inquire on his eta. Shawn texted back and advised that he did not have an eta and that he was at a family function. He suggested it might be better to go with another company,

Seriously!!!!!! Are you kidding me? I am wondering what Shawn would have done if we had not contacted him regarding an eta; not show up? Is that how you run your business? Now because we waited for this guy to show up, no one can come out tonight. Keep in mind that we are using a bucket to go to bathroom and have no running water.

We attempted to reach out to Shawn to advise that we were desperate and would wait till he was able to come out tonight. Rather than respond, he just turned off his phone. I am wondering how you still are in business. Is your company doing so well that you can afford to neglect a loyal customer that has been using you for years.


Perhaps the owner should train the employees to honor their commitments rather than just not show up!! In my 20 plus years in customer service, I have never come across such terrible service!

Arrived at the office this morning and was informed by third shift that we had no water. City investigated and determined that it was not an issue with the main. They suggested we call a plumber. Did a search and have seen A All Valley Plumbing trucks before, so I called. They arrived in a couple hours...found we had a frozen pipe. They thawed the pipe and charged a fair price for their time. Their employees were very polite and efficient.

A All Valley Plumbing rocks! I totally recommend them! First estimate for the 'stack' was $1800 a day for three days. These gentlemen came down and gave me a free estimate. I asked for it in writing and booked them (very fast turn around time). Job was done in three hours for $985. I've got a new plumber!
