MUCH APPRECIATED! My sister who lives in Calimesa developed a big leak under her kitchen sink. It's late afternoon, Friday before New Years Eve. I called several plumbers and all were booked. I contacted A-ADVANTAGE PLUMBING who was also very busy. However, they heard the panic in my voice and understood the critical nature of my request knowing we were entering a 3 day weekend. They scheduled their technician who arrived within a couple of hours. Karin talked us through how to turn the water off and we did. Upon arrival, the tech knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. I cannot thank A-Advantage Plumbing enough for helping us out so quickly in such a crisis. They are wonderful. I encourage you to use them too. This is a business with a heart. The cost was very reasonable.

Every time I've called them they responded quick. If there out on a call they'll give a honest estimate when they can get to you. Once we called them out and we fixed the clog right as they arrived. Didn't even charge us.

These guys are awesome and I will recommend them anytime that I can. They came out and fixed my plumbing problem that the plumber that my home warranty company, First American Home warranty had sent out and messed up.
A-Advantage plumbing went above and beyond and took care of the problem that should have been fixed by the other company. They were reasonably priced and very courteous and helpful. These guys deserve 10 stars at least.

We contacted AAdvantage plumbing to do some work on our outside spigots and replace inner parts of our toilet tank . Bill and his Buddy were on time and did a great job . They worked quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done. We are very pleased with this company and the employees. Their price for labor and parts are very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I needed service. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He was supposed to come out same day. He ended up canceling which was fine,. My issue with them was, the supervisor was supposed to call me back, so we could schedule for the service we needed desperately. Did not receive a call back as promised.

Ok, well to start I had a water heater go out unexpectedly and so I began calling around and no one was available today, even this company. Bummed out I scheduled for the following day and a few minutes after the call ended I got a call back and was told the plumber would come today as he heard I had no hot water. I spoke to the plumber over the phone to talk about my problem, got a very fair quote to fix the problem and he even saved me money by telling me what to buy to cut cost. The plumber went a step further and had all the necessary parts put on hold for me to ensure I got what I needed. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and did their thing. Once all was said and done and the new water tank (which I bought) was installed it did not work! (My luck) the guys did everything in their power to get the retailer to do an even exchange and they flat out refused! My (now for life) plumber went way above and beyond, got me a new water heater his expense, and installed it, and all for the quoted price. (He will be working with the retailer to make it right). The fact that these two guys did all they did, kept their honest promise to provide excellent service and make me happy meant more than any review I could write! I highly recommend this company for all your needs. I did not get other quotes as I needed immediate help but I will say you pay for what you get and I paid a very fair price for all the work needed to be done to install the new water heater! Use these guys! You won't be sorry!!! Thanks again!

I hired these guys because my toilet came loose from the foundation. They came out three times to repair same issue. They finally said to contact my insurance company and make a claim for repairs. In my opinion they do not stand behind their work. I will not use them again.

Simply amazing. They were not able to respond due to being so busy and referred me to another plumber that could help. A-Advantage followed through with me and the other plumber by making sure he had my address and with the time he would be here. They had no financial incentive to do this. Arrived as promised and quoted and fixed same day in a very limited time frame to accommodate due to work hours! Others only wanted to replace pipe and not fix, thanks A-Advantage, great job!
