We needed an emergency septic tank pump out on New Year's Eve. We called around to several septic tank companies and mostly got a recorded message to call after new years or leave a message. A advanced septic and construction had a real person answer who scheduled next day service. The technician on call had a long day and was 4 hours late but worked into the night and finished in the dark, restoring our plumbing malfunction. He did a complete evaluation, took no shortcuts, and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. Obviously, with a house full of visiting family, we were very grateful for this outstanding service.

My tank alarm went off on a Sunday morning. Not knowing what the problem was. I started reaching out to septic companies. Many had open 24hrs on there add. A Advanced was the only one out of 6 companies that was VERY professional and quick on coming out. Luis Rodriguez was my technician that came out. He was very professional, polite, and respectful. He walked me threw the steps and throughly explained everything to me. I strongly recommend this company. It is ran like a family owned business and not a big corporate company

BEWARE!!! A service call is per person they send out. Not just an overall service call fee. If they send 2 technicians you get charged the hourly rate x2!
But they are quick and efficient every time. They'd better be. They also charge 4x the cost of a pump from Lowe's or Home Depot. Which pisses us off because we've been so happy in the past when they installed an entirely new septic system on our property. We have spent literally $50,000+ with this company. Now, we aren't sure we will use them again. We were in a desperate situation this time and didn't have time to shop around. Just beware, they are great at what they do but you will pay top dollar!

Our septic backed up last night on 11/14/23 I called Advanced Septic @ 11:00am ish on 11/15/23 and they had our Awesome Technician Cody out here by 4:00 & he was very curious & professional!!! He had his work cut out for him just getting his hoses to our tank but he just kept telling me no worries I got this I'll get it done & he did!! I was very grateful for his prompt kind service since my husband works graveyard and had to get some sleep, so Cody answered all my silly questions and explained how things worked & did it with a smile. I'm soo grateful for Advanced Septic's amazing, customer service when scheduling to get help & for getting a technician out here so fast!! Advanced Septic & Cody your my new hero's thank you so much

I felt I knew what the prices would be before he came out and Andrew took the time to clearly explain what he needed to do. Very appreciative that the first call to completion was 3 hours!

This was a hurry up job. And 25 minutes in they said they would need to charge me an extra $240 if it took longer than 40 minutesI was not informed of prior. They did not rinse off the outlet baffle. They could not get their own tools to work (crustbuster machine). While they worked to get that started they were not using the hose to suck up the waste. No wonder it takes longer than 40 minutes.

I believe we were grossly overcharged for the services provided. We had our septic/sewer pump light turn on and my mother in law had this company come out. The pump was clogged and needed service. They were able to pull the pump and clean the reservoir of the debris that caused the alarm to trigger. They inspected the pump, and said it was working fine.

Less than 24hrs later, they call back and ask if everything is okay and the septic light was lit up again. They returned and drained the clean reservoir, charging us a full price pump fee and found the ball joint had stuck on the motor and was pulling too much current, flipping our breaker. They did not stand by the work, not even after 24hrs after the tech who reinstalled it said the motor was working. Not only that, but a full price pump fee on an already cleaned reservoir? Calling around to other septic companies I found we payed nearly the same price as pumping a full standard septic system, twice, on only a 25 gallon tank. They were shocked when I told them the final bill for both visits relative to the work that was completed.

I called customer service to speak with a supervisor about this and share these concerns and was told I would get a call back in 48hrs. However, I received no call back. It's probably because my m-law had paid the invoice on the date of the appointment. Live and learn as they say. We will not be recommending or using your services in the future.

They came out the same day i called, john the service tech was awesome, honest, professional , and very informative , he looked at my septic system, and decided it didnt need to be pumped , saved me $300 , thank you , by by flowhawks, youve been outdone , these guys are now my go to septic service
