Called them and told them exactly what we needed and where the issue was and they came out and told us they couldn't help. Still charged us $229. I don't care if they can't help or even have to charge a fee, but that fee is ridiculous!
I had an emergency last night with my septic. I have never had septic before moving here and when I needed help, Adam & Lennie went above and beyond. Adam chatted with me and Lennie called helping ease my concerns. I had tried reaching out to other companies but these were the only ones who came through. The kindness and professionalism of Lennie & Adam is the reason I will be reaching out to A Advanced Septic & Construction. They are in my favorites forever. Some might be cheaper or quote a cheaper price but it's the service you receive that makes or breaks a project. These two showed the kindness, compassion, and expertise I needed. Thank you both. I slept great because of you
Jamel W.I'm sure they do great work, but that was not my experience. A tech came out and poked deep holes in my yard then claimed he needs to use heavy machinery because my septic tank is 4 foot deep. I got an estimate the next day for over 2k. I called another company out and they found my septic tank within minutes using the county posted diagram that this company also had. My tank lid was 10 inches deep. They were wanting to tear up my front yard and over charge me for it. Shame on this company
We've had 2 prior experiences with A Advanced that were very positive. Our 3rd visit was not so. It was on the heels of having our lines jetted to take care of a toilet and downstairs shower backing up. At the time, it seemed to have taken care of the issue...for almost 4 days, that is. The technician arrived as scheduled, but couldn't really tell me why he was going to use a camera to check the line that had been taken care of 4 days prior...he said he hadn't read the report to know much about it. His inspection of the line using the camera showed there was a separation in the line...again he couldn't tell me why this wasn't done on the first visit ,except to say that technician was focused on getting us up and running...for 4 days?! The total cost of these 2 visits was almost $1,000.00 and now we were being told an estimator was on his way out to give us that estimate.
Although I received a text saying Bob was on his way, after waiting 3+ hours, he never arrived and after a call to the office, I was told he wasn't coming and Travis would be coming by the end of the day. Travis never showed up either. The next morning I called the office again and was told Travis had sent me an email with the estimate...never had it been mentioned that was the way the estimates were given. I checked my email several times and never received the estimate. I finally asked them to send it to my son in law. The estimate was $3000.00 plus what we had already been charged.
Long story short, we decided not to go with A Advanced for a variety of reasons. A lot had to do with the nonchalant attitude of the second technician who used the camera. To not read a report on a call that had just taken place and now you're coming out on a call for the very same problem just didn't set well with us. That, and the cost after checking around were our determining factors. We would use A Advanced for routine septic tank pumpings, but would look at other companies for septic system repairs. Our final cost was significantly less than what our A Advanced estimate was. Some say you get what you pay for and that is very true. But we paid a lot less and have a line that is no longer separated AND it is clear.
BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company!!! Charged for services not required or needed!!
Needed a required septic tank inspection and had used Advanced Septic 2 years earlier no problems with pumping my septic tank. This time out they told me I needed carpentry work to access my septic tank. Approximately $800 when I called and asked about it was I was told it needed to be rebuilt. But all they did was remove 2 boards. After many phone calls and emails with photos they reduced it $650. A lot of money to remove 2 boards. Also was told I needed my outlet line jetted for $350 and I agreed to have it done but when they came out the driver said he didn't have the right truck to do it. I told him to have someone come back and do it but no one ever came back or called.
I received a letter from Pierce County saying I needed to have my outline jetted or they would fine me. Called Advanced septic back and explain what had happened and was told they didn't care, it would be $399 for the first 1/2 hr and $399 for each additional 1/2hr with no idea how long it would take. Called other companies everyone was cheaper with fixed price. Sterling septic agreed to do it for $285. When they came out and looked at it they called me and said my outlet line was fine and didn't need to be jetted!!!!!
Called Advanced septic back and explained what happened and again was told they didn't care. I asked to be reimbursed for services not needed and was basically hung up on. I called right back and was told that person had left for the day 2:10 in the afternoo. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told he was out of town. I am still waiting for that call. Its been over 2 weeks. Please Please don't get ripped off like I did.
Carlos O.It is unclear to me why one of your septic people needed to put their hands on my trash can to move it while I was out of town. Do you not understand that most people put their trash can at the curb for a reason?!
Your company was doing work at a neighbor's property and your septic person moved my trash can?! There was no reason for them to even step foot on my property, let alone, move my belongings. Don't worry, that will be the last time your company steps foot on my property, as this is unacceptable and I won't ever hire you.
Brandon B.Called to set up a pumping and inspection of my septic system. They took all my details including the address and credit card information and scheduled the appointment. A little while later I got a call back saying that don't service that area and would not be coming. What a waste of time.
Christopher M.I saw your reply that's a real good one. I've been respectful for about an entire year. At this point I don't believe I have to be respectful to people who were disrespectful to many people. Total horseshit you know it I know it. Doesn't make a difference if I can get the noise ordinance people to do what their job is you're going to get a ticket every time that's if there's any justice in the world. With people like you running around that is slowly dwindling away
Leanna A.Really responsive when we wanted a septic system diagnosis. Definitive answer. When we started debating septic vs. sewer, they were less responsive, and were extremely unresponsive once we decided to go sewer. Very disappointing, as we really liked the company. Not sure if they would prefer to do septic work, but the communication was sub-par once we got to this point.
Sharon S.I called his company because my septic was backed up they showed up charge me 200 and some dollars for a 15 minute service charge and then they went in the back and the lid didn't have a handle so the guy said no I'm not going to take the lid off my roommate had to do it he's a young kid and the guy just stood there and he didn't do anything and he said well I'm gonna leave and I said what I said no so he after they got the lid off the guy put a jet stream down into the septic and found out what the problem was and they charge me $644 and to me it's a rip off because that guy didn't do the work my roommate did
