On Sat. 6/30/18 at 9:08a, I called A. Accurate Services because my air conditioner stopped working. This was the second company that I called. The secretary connected me to the technician who gave me a 12p-2p window for him to arrive. He said that he would call me and let me know when he was on his way. At 9:49a, I received a callback from the first company that I called. This company told me that he could get to me around 11:45a. I declined the appointment because I already had a 12p-2p appointment with A. Accurate Services. At 2p, I didn't hear from A. Accurate Services so I called the company. I told the secretary that I had a 12p-2p window and hadn't heard from anyone so she tried to connect me to the technician. He did not answer. I assumed that he would call me when he was on his way. I was wrong! I didn't hear from anyone. So, I called A. Accurate Services again, at 4p, telling the secretary that I hadn't heard anything and that I had a 12p-2p window. She apologized, took my information again, and called the technician. He didn't answer. By this time, I had been waiting in a HOT residence for hours. The outside temperature that day reached 93 degrees! I asked her what she recommended that I do since I don't know the protocol and I had to leave. She told me that I don't need to be at the residence when the technician arrived and that he would give me a call when he got the message. It is now Mon. 7/2/18 and I still have not heard back from A. Accurate Services.

Made an appointment with this company to have some plumbing done and they never showed up.

No call back after several messages with Marsha and the folks in the office.

Just find a better option.
